I would have given 0 stars if I could have. Please do not order from this fake so called company in CHINA ! You will regret ever flushing your money down the toilet. This company is a rip off and a scammer, just don't do it!!!!!!!!!!

I placed my order 3 weeks ago,only now they say they have sent, not sure about quality yet but I'll be sure to let everyone know when they arrive

Yes I had the misfortune of buying something from your company and it was rubbish and for you to question my review is laughable, take a look at other people’s reviews it says 97% bad, that’s because it is.

TOTAL SCAM!!! Do not be fooled. This company is NOT in the UK. Your poor quality items arrive, eventually, from China. Even if the pictures show knitted, woollen items, do not expect to get knitted woollen items...
Titles stating that an item is leather is disproved when you read the specifics and see that they will be made from plastic.
They will only give full refund if you send items back to China at your own expense so they know that is unlikely to be viable.
Even if the website's details say they are in the UK, it's a lie.
These, and others like them should be taken off the internet and their founders flogged to within an inch...🤬🤬 ok. Getting carried away now but this made me so angry & I know I'm not the only one, just wish I'd seen more reviews like this beforehand.

I wrote a review of this company on 17/09/20 as follows:

If only I had thought to read these reviews before I ordered. I spent approx £120.00. The items are made of such poor quality materials and are cheaply printed, whereas the photos look textured and embroidered. Most were too large.
I had no idea they were coming from China. I spent £20 returning the items on 02/04/20. I kept tracking and contacting the company; informing them that the parcel was held in customs. Five months later the parcel was returned to me by customs as Damensein failed to collect or accept delivery.
I got so fed up that in the end I accepted a 35% refund and told I could keep the clothes. I'm going to give them to a charity shop as they are absolutely the worst clothing I have ever seen.

This was obviously just a poor attempt to put themselves in a better light. My note was fully explanatory regarding my partial refund, but, as requested, I contacted them again.

It's a bit sad to see how many people have been caught out by this terrible company. Before you order always check online reviews.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this dreadful company. The clothes are horrible, cheaply printed on white-backed fabric and look nothing like the photos - total rip off. It is Sept 2020 and I have waited since January 2020 for a refund for the clothes I sent back in disgust (paying around £15 to do so). These people are criminals.

THIS IS A FOLLOW UP TO SETTLED CLAIM LAST YEAR 2019..ALL THE USUAL REPLIES FROM THIS COMPANY, REPORTED TO PAYPAL WHO EVENTUALLY RECLAIMED MY MONEY SO I AM VERY SURPRISED PAYPAL ARE STILL DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE ROGUES.

Unfortunately my experience is typical of many customers. Lured by the photos and cheap prices, I made an order of over £100, adding more items to receive the free postage, which never happened. The postal charges are deliberately complex to get you to spend more.
After several months, as unbeknown to me, the company is in China, I received an order of items, one missing, that bore little resemblance to those in the photos. What this company does is lure customers with photos of higher quality items, what you get is a cheaper version, made in substandard materials. The sizing is approx two sizes smaller than euro sizing. Only one of the items resembled the photo. Even if they had fit, I would not have worn any of the items and despite the auction style refunds that the company offer you to keep them, I chose to spend £18.20 to return them all. With hindsight, I discovered that this level of postage does not offer tracking. Although many months have passed now since the company should have received my returned items and emailing them the receipt on numerous occasions, they claim not to received them. If I do not receive recompense shortly, and as they are in breach of consumer rights on several points, I will be petitioning ebay and face book to remove their adverts.

I bought 2 pairs of trousers both size M one are too big for my husband and the other pair will fit my granddaughter. They expect me to pay to return to China when it's their fault for sending incorrect items. A disgrace to e-commerce and their country

This company keeps changing their name to avoid bad reviews, they are now calling themselves helolinen but are the same terrible company i bought £160 worth of clothes from, before I even opened the plastic packaging I could see that the clothes were nothing like the pictures, cheaply made from nylon in China and awful quality. After months of chasing and having to pay to send them back to China I never received a refund, do not get sucked in like I did, avoid them they are a scam

Damensein have now offered a 40% refund after my previous review. I leave it for you to judge if you think that is adequate. They have specifically refused a full refund even though I photographed the goods to show they had been returned to me. Their reply on this site is auto generated because they are in regular email contact with me about this issue but refuse to act fairly.

This company is an absolute fake. It does not offer a full refund , the customer has to incur charges and the company is based in China.
The quality of materials are not tru to description. I am now only getting a 35%refund of my order.

Well it says it all I sent the goods back on 23 January 2020 and today is the 8 September and they have been returned to me so £104 is what they kept dishonestly does not pay. There should be a UK address for goods to be sent back to as my goods were sent from Middlesex. Please please do not buy the rubbish because it is not the items that you see in the picture. I will never order from anywhere that I don’t recognise the name of. As they are getting away with stealing money from people for goods that do not match the pictures. Please please do not buy from this company or any that are associated with them.

Terrible products, nothing like their photos. Returns stuck in customs in China. Track and Trace cost £26. Heathrow took ages to send to China and now they’ve been sitting in Customs in Guangzhou for a month. Don’t buy from them!!

I can only repeat what every other reviewer says “DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY” I have been told my returned goods have been destroyed and I will not receive a refund. They are frauds and should not be allowed to trade.

Terrible company - only advice - DO NOT USE. I ordered a few items in January. All but one item was either not as advertised (eg a jumper, which came as a top), very thin materials, and overpriced for what they were. It took over 3 weeks of emails to get their return address. I paid £20 to send items back (signed for). They never collected them from customs, but said they hadn't arrived, but my Post Office tracker said they had arrived. Damensein DID NOT CREDIT ME!!! After 6 weeks of emails, my bank refunded my credit card (thank goodness, as it was nearly £200!!!!!) End of story..... no, in late August I received a package - the clothes returned to me, unopened, from customs in China! I don't want the clothes, so the charity shop will benefit. Please do not use them. I would not have used them either, but I didn't read the small print, and hadn't realised they were based in China.

Terrible company. Only received part order . Sent wrong size and when asked for return label and refund they said you have to pay for postage and any import duty back to China .
Strongly recommend you do not buy from them .

This is my second review of this company. After many email exchanges my opinion has not gone up at all but rather has nose dived.
After waiting months for three items after many an email the items arrived. One was completely the wrong size to which I had ordered. The other two items many inches short of that which showed on their size chart. I emailed again, and eventually after much back and forth got offered a 15% discount. To end the matter I took up their offer and lo and behold I’m still awaiting a refund. Their final email said I had waited over the 15 days acceptance for a refund. I have sent back to them all copies of emails proving this was actually not the case. I doubt I will get much further. This company does seem rather unprofessional and unscrupulous to say the least.
Please save your money. Go to a company who has a more reputable reputation and better trust pilot review standing. This company really is outrageous in how it treats people and in my view defrauds people by taking their hard earned money whilst sending very inferior garments then leaves one totally at a loss as to how such a company can get away with such bad practices. Chinese or other these people do not adhere to a moral code of supplying reasonable goods for the money paid or treating their customers with any respect or giving even a tiny hint of good customer practice. Please be aware of this companies practices.

If I had known that this company was Chinese, and not German, as I had supposed, I would never have ordered from them. Half the items were no good, and I find that I must pay the return postage to China in order to obtain a refund. They would much rather I kept them, and are offering a 25% of the refund price to save the bother.
