I love the brand and have bought other products from a second had party. This is the first time I have ordered direct from Dabix website. I ordered a mini atomic draw pen that did not reach a high enough heat to heat the carts I use. I emailed customer service to ask how I could got about returning the one and ordering a new see as I couldn't use it. I went back and forth with a man name Gavin who had no knowledge of the products, he told me to turn up the voltage. I sent a picture of the pen I bought showing it was buttonless and automatic draw and an other pen that had the button and voltage settings. That was 5 days ago no reply. Yet I am getting emails asking me to review the website. So here we are.

Shipping was quick! The customer service was outstanding, had an issue with purchasing an order and couldn't use the "labor" day code and Gavin help by refunding me the difference. I also got a free gift which was awesome, I highly recommend this company!
