I ordered a 510 Thread ION battery on 2/13/25. Item showed stock on website, they took my payment but I never received my order. There is no response from them through email, text, phone or social media sites.
I made a dispute through my bank and hopefully I can get my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Ordered and payed for two ion batteries on December 6,2024. Have not received them. No tracking information, Dabix has not replied to countless texts, emails, and phone calls.

Ordered from this company for years and never had a problem. Recently ordered two batteries over a month ago and no one will respond to me by email or phone. They took my money and have not given me my product. Lost my business!

I ordered a vape holder over a month ago have not received it yet wondering why I’ve already paid for it still have not received it. Not real happy.

Well i purchased batteries before and had no problem swapping them out when damaged but two couple years later old handy dandy broke now there is no way to contact company i sent a few emails and no response i lately made a purchase for new ones one was a good one and i also grabbed two buttonless 510 battery and both were damaged upon arrival and yet no response for those either if you do decide to buy buy the good batteries as the expensive ine worked these two 15 dollar ones wont even charge smh

Purchased 2 510 vape batteries and one arrived broken and the other broke after 3 days. Company will not respond to emails, texts or phone calls.

Got a dabix stinger about 2 years and it stoped taking a charge how do I get it replaced ?

Loved the 510 thread ION battery when I first bought it (twice). Both times the heating element stuck to the cart and pulled out. Can't reinstall the heating element (I tried several times), so now the batteries are useless.

I had THE WORST experience with dabix auto draw, I bought from Vmod👎🏾 STRAIGHT TRASH, sales rep is even worse been over a month the said they would replace it. Guess what never did please if you value your time DO NOT mess with v mod trash company trash products cannot get simple orders filled correctly straight garbage and you too sale rep V.

Placed an order on 11/28/2020, says a label was created and it is pending acceptance since 12/2. I’ve tried to call, email, and DM dabix labs, they haven’t responded to any one of these. Seems I’m not the only one who placed an order that wasn’t fulfilled. They seem to be ghosting their customers. Crappy

Trash company that can't fulfill orders. Look elsewhere, you've been warned.

my product stopped working after a year but dabix has a lifetime warranty so i contacted them. It took a little while but they fully replaced my unit at no cost.

This is the third 510 stinger that I have bought within a year As they keep breaking… This newest one that I have has already broken I’m completely annoyed and extremely frustrated...

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I bought one of their pens and it worked really well for the first month or two. I actually loved it. However after those first few months, it stopped working completely. It says it has a lifetime warranty but it is very limited. I paid half of the original cost to send it back and get a new replacement. All of which was very difficult. The information I received to send it back was incorrect and took a few emails over the span of a week to figure out. My replacement comes in and works fine for awhile but does the same as the first and completely stops working. It broke a few of my cartridges too. I emailed and said I didn’t want a replacement but instead a refund. They gave me a coupon code instead. I tried to use it 3 separate times with email correspondence in between and it was denied each time. It finally worked but then it said my shipping address was invalid. After another few emails, I was assured the code was working again and yet it was not. They have now just completely stopped answering my emails. I have sent 5-6 in the last few weeks and have gotten no response. OVERALL: BAD PRODUCTS, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I love ordering my battery’s from Dabix labs, these battery’s are great quality and last awhile. They also have fast delivering usual Says 5-7 Business days and I always get it in 3 or 4 days.

They shipped batteries that needed a full four hour charge before using. The literature says nothing about this. I thought I had been shipped a broken one. When I complained the response was

When the products work it's good. They claim a lifetime warranty, simply contact them if it breaks and pay for the shipping on the replacement item. I contact them and they say I have to send the broken item back in a protected box and hope it doesn't get damaged in transit. Despite no mention of sending broken product back in lifetime warranty. Buyer beware. The item was $20 and protected shipping is about half that with tracking. Then it could get damaged when shipping back and now I'm out $30. False advertising. They're also vape society so beware that company as well. Same products just cost more.
