Rang yesterday, bike in at 8.45 today all work done and ready for 2pm, really friendly fellas and great service, would highly reccommend.

Excellent service me and my mum love our bikes and the help we got was great and know we can always pop in if we need any help and know they will look after us !

The last 2 tune ups on my 7 year old bike, basic bike, was £50. I took it in this week, they charged £120. When asked about the cost, I was told a lot was done. The manager point to a sign above the desk, then turn his back and walked away. They have lost a customer of a few years. I also had to take the bike back as the gears did not operate right.

I'm extremely pleased with the excellent customer service from Daniel and Jon, and I'm sure Matt and Duncan were also instrumental in handling my various phone inquiries and customizing my bike behind the scenes. After visiting several stores, I purchased a new Raleigh Motus ebike just 20 minutes after entering the shop, feeling assured about its quality and the ongoing support they promised. They addressed all my questions, from insurance details to securing the bike and utilizing the smart ebike's power features. I brought along my own gel saddle and mirror, which they fitted perfectly, and Daniel adjusted the bike's height and handlebar angle to suit my needs. They also added an extra bracket to support the rear light wiring, all without hesitation. Last year, my husband bought a non-ebike from them, and he’s been equally satisfied with their service and advice. Plus, the bike came at a fantastic price for its features!

Excellent service, fairly new bike, which I'd bought at Cycle Street, having a few problems with the gears but serviced same day and perfectly, nice smooth gear changes now meaning I can get the best from my Merida Speeder 100. Professional team, knowledgable and happy to help customers out.

Overall I am highly satisfied with the customer service provided by Daniel and Jon, and in the background, Matt and Duncan (these I did not meet but they probably fielded some of my numerous phone queries and adapted my bike). Left a review already on Google but received a response that “I did not take no as an answer” which is a big massive lie. Putting things right, called them this morning as my Ebike had an issue, someone responded asking the brand of the motor. They don’t have the diagnostics for my brand which is fair enough, but the person on the phone stated all they could do was checking cables and speed ring which I agreed and said that is exactly what I need, make sure at least there is not something obvious. They then asked me if my bike had throttle and I responded it was completely road legal, NO THROTTLE, to which out of nowhere he said, no we don’t touch it and hung up the phone on my face. Absolutely disaster! I live extremely close to them and would likely be using them for future purchases but right now I don’t recommend and wont be stepping there. Customer service at its worst.

Fantastic service once again. Made recommendations to enhance the performance of my bike and they weren't wrong. Rides like a dream at an affordable price. Very happy.

Bought a my son bike from here at Christmas the team were very knowledgeable and helpful. As he regularly mountain bikes they helped me pick the best bike for his age and size and not over spend on extras he doesn't need! He got a Scott which was great value for the quality of the bike bars Halfords etc.
Even gets a free check after 3 months to make sure everything is as it should be.

Only a small job but always done to the best standard in York. I’ve had my bike serviced by the CycleStreet team before after a very amateur description of the problem. Everything fixed in no time and problem sorted!
Team is really friendly and knowledgeable but never make you feel like your job is too small.
