Terrible Customer Support
It Started with my CC billing address not matching my military APO address, because my cc company reverses the order. It was a silly issue but after speaking to the manager and offering IDs, Orders, and Copys of the Card being used they absolutely refused to budge, I wanted to use that card for the points but i was forced to change cards. Next, I got a message that the package was too big to ship and he wanted to know if I wanted to change cases. I called within 7 minutes of the email but aparently the manager had already left, so i asked two seperate representives that were still working if they could provide options for what cases would work if i needed to change cases. Both reps refused to discuss the issue, stating that I had to speak to the manager, even when i assured them i was not asking them to alter the order, I just wanted information so i could make a decision they both refused to speake to me. I tried to explain that i live in South Korea, so the time differance was dificult to make calls during their working hours, but neither of them cared. I also sent a reply email, but when i woke up the next day there was no reply, So I called again and did get the manager Steve, only to find out they decided to split the order into multiple shipments but he didnt take the time to reply to the email so I ended up wasting hours of sleep just to call.
I am happy with the website, order process, and the product, but the customer support i recieved was not wht I would expect from a company that I have used for the last 10ish years.
CyberPowerPC is the worst company I've dealt with.
CyberPowerPC may just be the most confusing company I've ever dealt with. It's a coin flip when you purchase a pc from them. On one side you could get a tank of a machine that lasts a decade, on the other could be a D.O.A. paperweight.
I purchased two PCs from CyberpowerPC over the last decade and I got to experience both sides of that coin sadly. The first PC I purchased was amazing and ran until it was archaically outdated. It was amazing that nothing stopped that machine, and when it was time for the upgrade I naturally chose to purchase another.
I tend to over spec a PC so it will run new games very well at least five years out. When I purchased this newest PC the Nvidia 40xx series had just dropped recently. I loaded it up with all the goodies including a RTX 4090. I will say dealing with their purchasing team is a fantastic experience and they're helpful. In the end the cost is around $5300 after tax. I would love to build my own, but time restraints and other factors lead me to purchase what I assumed was going to be another tank...I was very wrong. The supercar equivalent PC I ordered looked amazing, I turned it on and did initial setup including steam and started to play. The first game I launched froze and crashed. Well modern games, server instability so on and so forth, no big deal. I launched the game and it crashed at startup again. I checked error logs and nothing was generated, task manager didn't show anything when it happened either. So I try others, they all do the same except some titles that are more than 10 years old.I browses potentiaI causes and I started getting BSOD after BSOD. I immediately contacted support for my issue. They were not very helpful, but it's basic tech support at that level before it gets elevated. I do as requested and restart it, check connectors, remove RAM sticks back and forth and nothing fixes it. I can't even get it to boot to Windows at this point. Eventually I get "lucky" it crashes enough to prompt startup repair on the first day I have possession. I contact support give them the error logs (now there's plenty) and they say bad graphics card. I don't think it is but they were quick and said they would RMA it asap. So I send the card in and get another back. It's a little more than two weeks without a card. A $5300 paperweight. I put the new card in and it works! (For about ten minutes)
I do the song and dance with support a few more times and they RMA the entire PC. I'm really annoyed at this point, but better to be without and get a working PC back I assume. Well shipping to them is fun too. I'll be honest, this is probably my fault on the next part because I never ship anything myself. The label they provide says "INS 4700" (I could be wrong on the number, it's been a while) so I ask the employee at the UPS store what it is and they said it was insured for that number, and it was close to pre tax cost of the computer so that makes sense to me. I boxed it up as they said using the original boxes and packaging. Well, it turns out that INS number is just a shipping code and I learned the hard way. The case was damaged upon arrival there. I contacted CyberPowerPC because I knew it had arrived several days ago but hadn't heard anything and they delivered the news. They said the shipment didn't have insurance so I would have to buy a new case. I was livid but felt some responsibility so I paid $300 for a new one. $5600 PC now, and has not worked correctly since day one.
I eventually get the PC back and it legitimately works for the most part. It still crashes some, but I can at least play games for the most part. I want to wash my hands of dealing with CyberPowerPC so I just deal with it. Eventually this entire situation happens again and I send the PC in a second time because the crashing is back. I spoke to their tech support because I couldn't flash the BIOS and update it for whatever reason, nothing worked. I told the agent that naning scheme of the motherboard was confusing and to be careful if they flash because I myself almost picked the wrong series. I get the PC back after a few weeks and it works. I don't ask questions. I finally after waiting months have a working PC. It stays this way until a Windows 11 update several months later. I contact support again after I check the BIOS because of some error logs, they somehow got the wrong series of BIOS installed, the same thing I warned them about. The cherry on top is now the PC is no longer under warranty and I need to pay for everything. I didn't even have the PC for a good chunk of time and had to shell out for the new case, I figured they would maybe try to help out, but the most I got were some generic tech tips. I was done at this point. I got Best Buy to fix the BIOS for a fee, it's still broken a year later, $6300 for a PC that may work one day, not the next. God help me on windows update days. Save yourself the headache, build your own.
Incredible Power
Incredible Power: This machine is built with top-tier hardware, including the NVIDIA RTX 5080, delivering maximum performance right out of the box.
Buttery Smooth Gaming: I’ve been testing it heavily with demanding titles like Cyberpunk 2077 and Warzone, and it handles everything flawlessly at max settings with incredible framerates.
Excellent Build Quality: CyberPowerPC did a phenomenal job assembling the rig. The cable management is clean, shipping was secure, and the thermal management keeps everything running cool even during long gaming sessions.
Future-Proof: It has more than enough horsepower to dominate any current title and is completely ready for next-gen gaming.

Machine came in perfect condition exactly as described. I asked for them to hold shipping off for a couple weeks because I was on a trip and they did. Was more affordable than building it myself. This is my second PC with them and not my last.

Great site for customization
Site was easy to navigate and select exactly want I needed. Shipping was fast and packaging was excellent.
Needs more quality control
Several things should have been caught before my PC was shipped. It was well assembled. But it seems like the system was not tested before shipping. The graphics card was DOA (not recognized by the motherboard), and when I got the replacement card, I discovered that the graphics driver from AMD was not installed. Also, the memory didn't actually work with the AMD Expo memory profile, so the the OS was corrupted and had many BSODs. A newer BIOS appears to fix the EXPO issue, and it was available before the PC was shipped. But I still have a corrupted system to deal with.

The pc runs great (all games run 1080p on ultra settings perfectly at 144fps), but my glass came cracked, I called them and they shipped replacement panel a week later. Super seamless process and I was very happy how easy it was
Missing Hardware
They do not include all necessary hardware to make upgrades. For example, they will omit ALL motherboard pieces (screws, standoffs, etc) making it impossible to add another NVME drive without purchasing the parts required yourself.
They did not install or include any extra standoffs to mount NVME OR SSD's. The only parts you can upgrade are your GPU and CPU without purchasing a motherboard kit.
Use any other pre-build company.
