Session with Toni was very interactive and we got interesting insights about CV Library.
We got a few tricks up on our sleeves now, all thanks to Toni.

Nick is a fantastic customer service executive. He has shown the upmost professionalism, patience and experience when showing us how to navigate CV Library. He has supported me and my colleague with understanding how to create watchdogs, find CVs and just general CV Library information. We can't thank Nick enough for his support throughout and it is refreshing to use a service where the advisor checks in. Keep being brilliant Nick!

The training session was well structured, clear, and tailored to my role as a recruiter. Rather than just covering basic features, the training focused on practical, day to day usage, especially around refining searches, managing candidate pipelines, and making better use of watchdogs and saved searches. It felt very relevant and immediately applicable.

What stood out most was how knowledgeable and approachable Daisy was. Daisy took the time to answer my questions in detail and provided useful tips that I hadn’t come across on my own. The training felt personalised rather than generic, which made it far more valuable.

Our account manager Rachael has always been very helpful and went out her way numerous times to help us with filling roles.

Callie is always quick to help and resolve any issues. Very efficient and always very friendly, Callie always checks in (even if I am not always available, which I appreciate)
Great customer service

Mathew was very helpful, he kindly walked me through how to set up watchdogs and post job adverts that allow me to access good quality candidates based in my client locations. We also have an agreed catch up to review how I am getting along with the watchdogs and job adverts.

Grace was (and always is) a wonderful Account Manager, does what she says she is going to do and very helpful and attentive. Timely and really knowledgeable. She had dreadful hayfever today but carried on as though everything was normal - a real trooper - thank you Grace

Emily has been very helpful, thorough explanation on what is on offer and great customer service. Very grateful for her taking the time to ensure I understood and any questions were answered clearly.

My Account Manager is Courtney Jackson. He goes well beyond the call of duty to ensure we are getting the most of CV library...he tries very hard to give an excellent service. Our concern with CV library is the quality of candidates on the database which has been a growing concern for about 1 year. However 'CJ@ is a superb account manager and representative of the business
