Mathew was very helpful, he kindly walked me through how to set up watchdogs and post job adverts that allow me to access good quality candidates based in my client locations. We also have an agreed catch up to review how I am getting along with the watchdogs and job adverts.

Grace was (and always is) a wonderful Account Manager, does what she says she is going to do and very helpful and attentive. Timely and really knowledgeable. She had dreadful hayfever today but carried on as though everything was normal - a real trooper - thank you Grace

My Account Manager is Courtney Jackson. He goes well beyond the call of duty to ensure we are getting the most of CV library...he tries very hard to give an excellent service. Our concern with CV library is the quality of candidates on the database which has been a growing concern for about 1 year. However 'CJ@ is a superb account manager and representative of the business

I’ve had a really positive experience…
I’ve had a really positive experience working with Kaylin. She’s been incredibly helpful in sourcing strong, relevant CVs for my roles and has made the whole process much smoother. Excellent Support and Quick Resolution
We recently experienced some issues with our CV Library integration, and I have to say the level of support we received was excellent from start to finish.
Terri was particularly helpful throughout the process—responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive in finding a solution. She took the time to fully understand the issue and worked closely with us to ensure everything was resolved as smoothly as possible.
What stood out most was her willingness to go above and beyond, helping us reset our setup and making sure we could get back up and running without impacting our candidate experience.
Overall, a really positive experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their service and support.
