CV Library is now and has always been one of my favourite job boards (over the past 20+ years).
Being a boutique firm, our needs are variable over time and CVL has never failed to adapt to those needs and make a positive impact on our work.
Even during the dark days of 2008/2009, CVL did what was best for our business, rather than trying to enforce a contract which no longer served our needs and that is why they were the first job board that we came back to after the dust had settled from the financial crisis.
From contacts like Kat, Lucy and Callie, we have always had the best help to get the best from the platform; they clearly see our success as theirs to and so I am always delighted to know that we make placement from their additional focus.

I've had a very positive experience with CV-Library and their customer service team. The support provided has been professional, responsive, and helpful whenever I've needed assistance. This has been my 'go-to' site of choice for many years when job hunting (I do a lot of temporary or fixed term work) and I have long liked its functionality, the way users can set up searches and alerts, that sort of thing.

A revamp of the site in early June threw up some problems with the search facility so I contacted the site using the feedback address that was offered. Within a couple of hours I had a call-back, personally, from Ben and we discussed the issues, the problems they were causing and the reasons for the changes to the site (largely volume and capacity, because there are now so many users.)

Ben then sent me a detailed, precise email telling me what action he was taking, whether or not other people had raised the same issues, and offered me his personal (work) email should I have any more problems. This is a level of customer service that is far beyond anything I've experienced for many years, where most firms simply send an automated response thanking me for an email that they haven't even read.

The site now appears to be working much more smoothly, suggesting that my difficulties weren't specific to me and that the development team had listened to users and acted swiftly to rectify these glitches. But to receive a personal call-back and emails from Ben was quite beyond anything I'd expected, and I hope his employers recognise this.

CV Library Refresher Session

We had a really great team session with Nimesh yesterday — it was very insightful and a useful refresher for everyone.

Grace at CV-Library was extremely helpful and professional. She took the time to guide me through the job posting process, explained what would make my advert perform better, and gave clear advice that was easy to follow.

Isaac was extremely helpful in the training he provided. He gave me so many extra tips and tricks that will make finding candidates an absolute breeze. He was extremely interactive and was happy to ask as many additional questions as I had along the way. His training style is also very "Work with you" as opposed to others I have attended where you get lost halfway or are made to feel like a complete idiot!
