Firstly may I say I'm really pleased with my purchase. Now for the service bit now, when I saw this article I thought France well I can wait for as long as it takes. But the speed at which it came was really good. Sometimes things take longer to get from one end of Britain to the other let alone coming from France. So very well done.

Ordered a mug for Father’s Day on 11th June. The website states 5-8 business days for delivery. I was unaware that the item was being shipped from China and it did not arrive until 26th June, several days after Father’s Day! I contacted the company regarding this and they did not respond to any comments regarding delivery timescales. £25.95 for the mug and a further £4.95 for delivery. Aside from the item arriving extremely late, it was packaged in basic polystyrene packaging (which makes a mess everywhere!) and an enthusiastically cello-taped postage bag which was barely large enough to accommodate the contents. Obviously I wanted to check the item before giving it to the recipient so I then had no form of box to even give it in after opening! The mug itself was very basic and of poor quality and should not have cost more than £12-£15 max, including shipping. The optional “spoon” which I ordered with the mug was just a basic piece of scrap metal and definitely not functional as a spoon.
This website will try to con you out of their overpriced junk by stating “flash sale” on every product - don’t fall for it!
Doesn’t even deserve 1 star but no option to award zero stars. Would not recommend and would never repurchase from this site - avoid at all costs if you do not want to be sorely disappointed!!

This is the first time I have dealt with this company. They were offering something quite unique and I couldn’t resist. The product is well made and arrived when promised. What more can you ask?

The product is bigger than ecpected, its well made n packed well i love the product my DIL will as well. Shes same as me for liking sweet thoughtful gifts that actually mean something . X highly recommend. From a very happy MIL

I ordered a housewarming gift for my daughter, she lives in Brisbane Australia.
I contacted Custom Chic on the 9th June,asking how long would the gift take to be delivered.
I've heard nothing at all!
I'm so upset as this was supposed to be a nice suprise.
She recieved her card and no gift!
I won't advice anyone to deal with this company. I think they have had more than enough time to respond to me and the gift should of arrived long ago

I had a great experience with this company as I personally made an error of ordering something and didn't know my husband had ordered ,got in contact with the company and they were quick at emailing & cancelling the second order ,would definitely buy from them again great company thank you

Easy to create and personalise the piece that I wanted. Received my order within a few days - faster than I expected.
