Purchased a headphone cable and mod kit for the Senn HD600.
Both items had a positive effect, turning the HD600 into an all-rounder that is now as comfortable with Rammstein and Krokus as it is with Miles or J.J. Cale.

Cable ultra-low capacitance extended slim 3.5mm jacks (1.25m navy blue and lime green) for my beyerdynamic T1 ‘s owned for just shy of 2 years and it sounds superb. However I recently managed to lean my full elbow weight on the jack as it went into my Dragonfly cobalt and heard a crack as I damaged the jack. Thankfully the 3.5mm jack and not the DAC. After going through the usual despair of wtaf have I done and how much is this going to cost as this wasn’t a warranty issue I reached out to customcans to see if they would offer a repair.
I sent the cable back and within 48hours I had my cable returned as good as new. A nice handwritten note from Kaya who has confirmed it is all repaired and even, as she put it “given the braid a little massage”.
So thoroughly recommend both the original product and more importantly the customer service which is worth much in my eyes as repair much better than the disposal mindset elsewhere. At a very reasonable cost so well done customcans ♥️👍

You guys are all the way up in Europe and hidden in GB. Jajjaja so I just didn’t find the cables and I wrote to someone and responded like a day after the mod kits I wanted shipped out and I wont do double orders to pay twice to customs. So what I’m saying is that you should update your cable ordering method, because it sucks, it’s really confusing. I know you think it’s awesome but it’s really bad and it’s really expensive.

At the time of performing the installation, following the introductions of the video on your website, when I reached the step in which pressure must be made and a "click" is shown, as the aluminum material is harder and maybe not the exact way of manufacturing, it required a little more pressure, this caused the Driver cables to be damaged, which could not be repaired or covered by the official Seinnheiser warranty, I have lost one of the drivers completely, so I must import a new one and the price exceeds 100 euros, in conclusion, to look for a replacement
