I’m really disappointed with the wave-style curtains I’ve received. They don’t hang properly at all and don’t have the defined “wave” finish that was advertised and that I specifically paid for.... See more

BEWARE SAMPLES ARE NOT WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE
Do not purchase anything form this company, the samples they send you differ hugely from the actual product and they say that is its a "batch" difference, however I requested another sample of the same fabric and received the exact same batch colour, beige, the curtains were grey!!! They will not refund you and the actual quality of the material when the curtains are made is shocking, very thin and poor stitching, the customer service advisor that I spoke with did not care and refused to offer any replacement or refund. The samples are obviously not the true fabric and they are deliberately misleading customers. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

I had a pair of curtains made
I had a pair of curtains made, they were a lot more expensive than I would normally pay but just loved the fabric
The left curtain hangs beautifully but the right has a weird bend which looks like the attaching of the lining
I bought some tie backs which I didn’t really want so they look better when open but when closed they don’t hang as well, I know it’s there & because of this only 4 stars, the company it’s self is really good to deal with
Quality curtains
I had made a complaint about my order regarding poor communication- following this there was a vast improvement. I had an email followed by a phone call then constant updates to keep me aware of timings. The estimated day was then updated- and the curtains actually arrived a day early - much preferred by myself. The curtains were very well packed and protected. I am delighted to say that the quality is excellent, the colour and pattern perfect. I had sent for free samples so no surprise regarding the colours, but the lining and material is first class. They have transformed the room. They needed some ironing- which is to be expected -but even included a prompt sheet giving tips on the best way to do this. Very impressed and will definitely use them again. Love my new curtains.
Better then the rest
I got some blinds and they are really quality so when I put them up. There was a mistake and blind was a little short on one side. Looked at measurements and they were right etc so don’t know how it happened but was so minimum. Once they found out they were on phone to me to sort this out and that’s what’s happened. It’s all sorted and would use them again 100%. They do care what the customer says and happy to help with anything.
Many thanks
Very disappointed with curtains
Very disappointed with curtains. Insufficient material in width of curtain has resulted in only 3 folds per curtain which is not a good look when curtains are drawn closed. Would advise anyone ordering curtains to check finished width of curtain. Each curtain width has less than 10" of material compared to my existing curtains which are of the standard width for the window

Happy with service received from…
Happy with service received from Charlotte, although the response time was a long drawn out process we got there in the end and I was happy with the resolution offered

We spent more than £2000 in curtains for our house; arrived all completely wrong.
Poorly customer service, keep asking for different picture, when is clearly their fault. (It’s taking more than a month due to this issue)
They keep avoiding the issue and not solving the problem, when we spent a lot of money and waited a lot of time for them to be delivered.
Will never use this again and will strongly recommend you to find something else.
Don't buy from them
I had the worst experience ordering from them. I will never order from them again. I ordered the TUISS Dorchester Velvet Blush Curtains with wave heading. Following the instructions on their website for how to measure for wave heading, I measured the width of the window recess and added 15cm on each side. There were no warnings/highlights when I placed the order that the width I ordered is wider than the width of the fabric. They haven't contacted me before starting to process the order to let me know of any problems or issues. When I received the curtains, I found out that the each curtain is made of two pieces of the fabric stitched together. The width of the two fabrics on each side is not even symmetrical. The lining is very poor and not stitched properly to the fabric. One of the curtains has dark stain on it. The overall look of the curtains is very poor and of bad quality. I called their Customer support team to complain and sent supporting photos and videos and after several days, they replied to me saying their Production unit thinks there is no problem with the curtains despite the support team agreeing that there are issues when I spoke to them over the phone.
Luckily, I paid through Paypal with my credit card, so I started a claim through Paypal as I couldn't get anywhere with their Customer support. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for goods I should get a a full refund.

It's a 'try your luck' website
It's a 'try your luck' website. You might get lucky and get what you want.
The Zurich soft white curtains came today. It's more cream /yellow colour than white.
I wish I can attach a picture.
When place next to white A4 paper, the curtain looks like banana colour.
May be they should rename it soft banana white :)

Terrible experience
I had a brilliant experience with Curtains2go a year ago and didn’t hesitate to go to them again for next order. Experience is polar reverse. I cannot recall a worse customer services experience. Suspect it’s one of those companies that when all goes smoothly it’s brilliant. But when it goes wrong it’s a shocker.
It is now 6 weeks since I placed my current order. 4 weeks since first delivery attempt. I have never seen my curtains but found out today they are damaged. I don’t have any idea when the curtains will be remade or when they will be sent. I have not been offered any compensation or discount. Meanwhile the company has £700 of my money.
If like me you have a job, small kids and an incurable cancer (with a full-on treatment schedule) you may think that life is, quite literally, too short for this mayhem.
Main issues:
- Courier company has no method for rescheduling or redirecting deliveries unless you have the barcode from the delivery slip put through the door. If, as in our case, the order is despatched earlier than the ‘anticipated despatch date’ and you are away, you cannot remedy this either via the courier or via Curtains2go
- Damaged curtains received back by Curtains2go on 26.2.23. It took 6 contacts to customer services via email and phone over 2 weeks to be told this.
- New curtains won’t be processed until internal report has been filed within Curtains2go causing further delays to receiving order. Focus on their own compensation claim rather than customer experience.
Full breakdown:
29.1.24: order placed, anticipated dispatch date of 15.2.24
12.2.24: email received from courier. Delivery will be attempted 13.2.24. Tried to reschedule delivery but it requires barcode on the delivery slip. We are away for half term so I foresee we will miss delivery attempts.
13.2.24: Email sent to Curtains2go. Request to delay delivery until 16.2.24 or 17.2.24
15.2.24: Email received from Customer Services. Deliveries only on weekdays, please name day or local delivery drop off.
16.2.24: Email sent - requested drop off at local delivery point.
17.2.24: Email received from customer services - UPS have made final delivery attempt and now being returned to sender. Will resend when they arrive back.
23.2.24: Email sent - haven’t heard anything, please update on whereabouts of curtains
25.2.24: Email received from customer services. Curtains due back with them 26.2.24 and they will then be resent to me.
26.2.24 - I check UPS tracking, curtains have arrived back at Curtains2go at 12noon.
29.2.24- no further contact from Curtains2go or courier notification so husband calls and speaks to customer services. Curtains located in the warehouse and later receive email back confirming curtains will be delivered on 1.3.24 or 4.3.24 at latest.
4.3.24: no UPS emails received. I call Curtains2go - call went through to sales team despite selecting option 2 (deliveries) on menu. Sales team unable to see details on the system. They can’t get through to deliveries. Told someone would call me back hopefully by end of day.
No phone call that day. I send email that evening.
5.3.24: Email received from customer services. Told unclear why curtains haven’t been sent. Told she will call me herself the next afternoon to confirm curtains have been sent.
6.3.24: No phone call received. Email sent that evening asking for escalation to manager, update on curtains and a direct contact number/email.
7.3.24: Email received from customer services at 17:07 apologizing saying was on training yesterday and asking when I would like to receive curtains. Given the usual contact details for Curtains2Go, no direct contact. Unclear whether it has been escalated to a manager. I email sent back saying I need curtains straight away and that I would call next afternoon if I had not been contacted beforehand.
8.3.24: no contact from Curtains2go by 2:20pm so I call to follow up.
40minute phone call including hold time.
Grateful to speak to S who ascertains curtains are damaged in their boxes and is honest about this. Grateful to finally know the truth (presumably this damage has been known since they arrived back with the company on 26.2.24 but no action to tell me or resolve until now) Told curtains need to be remade. Told in order for this to happen, customer services need to file a report which requires photos from the warehouse that cannot be taken until 11.3.24. Told this is a linked process, curtains will not be remade until report is filed. I ask again for escalation to senior manager as can’t understand why order can’t be put through for new set of curtains today. Internal process impacting on customer experience. S checks with manager. Report can be raised today with photos to follow after the weekend. Curtains apparently will be made when report is filed.
I ordered cream curtains with a…
I ordered cream curtains with a blackout lining, the pleats at the top have black stitching which looks absolutely terrible.
I contacted their customer services and they have said it is due to the black out lining but I’ve not had this issue with other black out curtains I have ordered from them. Very disappointed with this order and would not use curtains 2 go again based on the poor customer service.
Initial issue, however all resolved now
Update to my previous review below:
Having had a bad experience with customer care, Mark Bowen took over and very quickly dealt with my complaint resolving the initial issue. Therefore I’m very grateful and have updated my review.
Going forward the customer care persons I initially dealt with require retraining to care about customers.
I would recommend not buying curtains from Curtains to go, unless you don’t mind what colour you receive. I bought a pair of curtains based on the sample provided. Unfortunately the curtains arrived in a different shade.
On reporting this to the customer care team I was provided with no help apart from buying more curtains from them.
Linings too long and curtains short.
I ordered two pairs of eyelet curtains for the lounge. When they arrived I ironed them as instructed. When hung the lining was well below the curtain fabric. I had them remade and the shorter pair were fine but the long pair had a lining that hung consistently 2" below the curtain and the curtains were much shorter than the first pair. They were about 3" above the floor. I decided not to waste the curtains but to adjust them to fit. We lowered the curtain rails and I re-hemmed the lining to the correct length. I used one of the original curtains to make them fuller as I didn't like the 1.5 width. Curtains to go offered me a rebate of £70 which I accepted for my trouble. They paid this promptly, thank you Mark. However I will make my own in future.

Excellent quality
Ordered new curtains to go with my blind from blinds2go and it is superbly made and lovely quality. I'm really pleased. Turnaround time was 2 to 3 weeks so it would have been nice to have it a bit quicker but otherwise 5/5. Very happy. 5/5 for my blinds too.

I have order from this company several times and they have always delivered. They are truly excellent in customer service. The quality is fantastic. I highly recommend this company. My velvet curtains are beautiful. Thank You.
VERY DISAPPOINTED CONT...
The thermal curtains are the same as the light filtering curtains but with a layer of thin gauze type material inside. No discernable thermal quality and allow light filtering. Not what I expected. It was not clear on the web page that the thermal option is also the light filtering option and I was surprised how thin the curtains are. I complained but to no avail. The reply given referred to their policy not the issues I raised about the misleading web site descriptions and the quality of the 'thermal' inter layer. Very disappointed. C2G's reply as below is incorrect. They had not been trying to contact me. I subsequently arranged for a phone call at 2pm today. They phoned early when I was in a meeting. Not helpful. Have emailed again and tried phoning twice but no response.

Not good order and not sending refund
Very dissatisfied with all the process of purchasing curtains from this manufacturer.
I wonder, IS THIS COMPANY SERIOUS? ... well, they are not professional in their work since they send curtains without finishing sewing and where they are sewn, the stitching overlaps, making it very ugly and poorly finished.
The curtains came unfinished on one side, so I had to finish sewing them myself by hand (I don't have a sewing machine). Besides, as I said above, they were very poorly sewn because in three parts of the bottom edge the stitching was overstitched.
After sending them the photographs as evidence, they called me and decided that they would give me a refund of £57.26 in a maximum of four days.
This was on January 17, 2024, as of today, January 26, I am still waiting for this compensation...after speaking with this company twice yesterday by phone and having written them two emails reminding that I have not yet received the refund.
At this moment, as I am writing this review, I am in the middle of another phone call with them, because the person who answered my call has put me on hold on the phone to receive a response, I have already been waiting for nearly 10 minutes and he has not returned ( ??)...the same thing happened to me yesterday with one of the calls I made to them. In the end he comes back to the phone and tells me that "from customer services they will call me in half an hour when she returns to the office" (the lady who told me that I would have the compensation of £57.26 and also to whom I have written two other emails but with no response)
IS THIS COMPANY SERIOUS enough?
Simply fantastic
I've never ordered made-to-measure curtains online before so I was apprehensive but Curtains2Go exceeded all my expectations. Customer service was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me with correct measuring over the phone. The curtains are beautifully made and flawlessly finished. They were immaculately packaged and arrived on time. I can't recommend them enough and will never get curtains anywhere else.
Curtains were narrower than expected. Now Resolved
The curtains delivered were narrower than expected. The website instructs you to measure the pole length and state it on the order and they will do the rest.
The curtains arrived and were narrower than the generally accepted size, which is double the width of the pole.
Initially I wasn’t satisfied with the response from Curtains 2 go but eventually I was contacted by a customer service representative and we agreed an acceptable solution.
I now have a set of curtains that are the correct width and I am very happy with them.
I would advise that anyone who wants fuller curtains with larger pleats to contact Curtains 2 Go prior to ordering and agree the size you require if you are in doubt.
Now my initial issue is resolved and considering the fact that I am satisfied with the replacement curtains, I would order from Curtains 2 Go again.

Misleading and patronising customer service
The company did resolve this issue following the review and I am now totally satisfied with the service received. I have amended the rating
Unfortunately, I have had an incredibly disappointing experience with this company. Following ordering and being satisfied with several sets blinds for many years , I felt it would be a safe choice to order curtains, unfortunately this has been a poor choice.
The website where you make the purchase does not take you to the appropriate guide for measuring the different heading types. The order page allows you to order and of course pay, however not on the measuring guide nor fine print on this page does it state that they deduct inches from what you order. It is incredibly misleading and unclear. It's even more ironic that I actually used a link to purchase them that was sent to me by a Customer Advisor. Again, who never mentioned they would deduct from the measurements provided.
When I contacted for some advice , NOT expecting nor asking for a refund or new curtains , I was met with extremely patronising responses and a complete lack of willingness to assist, however they could offer 50% off a second pair if I purchased the exact same curtains again - this would cost me over £750 and I can verify that the material of the product is OK and nice, but absolutely not worth that. All in all - its been an extremely poor experience and has completely fallen short of even very basic customer service.
