Currys repeatedly refusing to give me my two refunds.
I've written two reviews before on Trustpilot, got fobbed off twice with contact social @ currys.co.uk who DO NOT respond to any correspondence whatsoever. So do not give me this again.
I've corresponded through your Currys Web Chat but have not been provided with a refund for the following orders which were returned via Collection with DPD:
1. Order Number: CUR2673822503.
DPD Collection Number: 0041 724 929 8.
2. Order Number: CUR2673879976.
DPD Collection Number: 0041 724 914 6.
If I don't receive a response to this appropriately and told to communicate with contact social @ currys.co.uk for the third time then I shall have to instigate two Chargebacks immediately.

Location matters
Wow! Curry’s in Oldham has AMAZING customer service! The one in cheetham hill is terrible, avoid going there. If I did this review based on the one in CH, Manchester - it’d be 1 star - unhelpful, lazy and try to fob you off! I was told I couldn’t return an in store. Although on their website it clearly states you can. However, the lady at Oldham not only helped me with a complicated order which in the end I exchanged but when I went back to return the item, she was very friendly and patient. What they couldn’t do in CH, she did in a matter of minutes. I didn’t get her name but she had short blonde hair and deserves a raise! Turned this review from a 1 star to a five star review and I ended up with the BEST and most suitable laptop for myself
Consistently Poor Service
This is the second time I’ve had bad service here. Staff refused to give full information about products and even avoided explaining care plans for items I’d already bought. On a previous visit, a staff member told me I couldn’t try on a watch because of “skin diseases” — an unprofessional and offensive comment. When I asked to complain, no one cared. After two experiences like this, I can’t trust this store in Hedge End anymore.

They had the oven in stock, checked if I qualified for any discount I did not, brought the oven to the pay in desk and I settled the bill. it was then taken out to my car and loaded for me, all the time kept informed great customer service Happy with the oven and the help given

Had fridge freezer delivered from Sam & Andrew, had updates via email, texts and call 20 minutes prior to delivery, took old appliance, checked new one, took all rubbish. top service, highly recommended

Order not delivered as arranged. Called to say broken down at 6.35 pm and unable to deliver, although appeared to be still moving on the tracker. Now have to wait another 4 days with no fridge freezer.

Long wait at the collection desk
I received an acknowledgement of my order very quickly and a further text telling me my order was ready to collect. The only negative comment I make I was kept waiting for quite a long time while staff seemed to have a computer problem with the only customer before me. I asked if someone else could help but a member of staff only appeared when there was three of us waiting. Whatever was taking so long with the customer before me was still not resolved when I left with my goods. I was frustrated with the long wait.
