Pleased with new washing machine
Adam showed us exactly what we were looking for, didn't try to push the upselling too far and then gave us some information on another product (TV) which could help us to make a future purchase. Both the guys who did the delivery and fitting were efficient yet willing to answer questions and provide advice.

I bought a TV from Currys a couple of…
I bought a TV from Currys a couple of weeks ago, but within seconds the sound disappeared and after setting up several times and going in and out of anything listing 'sound' to get it back - we failed!
I took the TV back 2days later. After realising I was within the 30day period, the staff were very helpful, and ran some tests with their special equipment. This confirmed that the speakers were not functioning, so they gave me another new TV. I am pleased to report there were no problems with this one.
On the day, there were very few staff (as they pointed out on my arrival) but all the staff who were there, were very polite and helpful. So management should take note.

Worst customer service
Worst customer service, worst delivery service especially they have put you to everything through the automated call. I placed my IPhone 17 pro max on 22 April supposed to receive 24 April and now told me the courier guy lost my phone it's been 10 day's no one get back to me

Bought a lenovo legion 5
Bought a lenovo legion 5. Motherboard died as result of low quality. To replace it Curry's staff charged me with 1600 pounds. Pay attention, it's more than the amount I bought it brand new. I refused to pay such an absurd amount and just threw it in the bin. All over the world customers are complaining about the quality of lenovo products last years, but the prices are still unrealistically high. I personally would not use these items even if they hand it up completely free.

Purchase of OLED tv.
Technology has changed so much and we needed advice on the purchase of a new tv. We went to Currys at Huddersfield so we could actually speak to someone knowledgeable. We were not disappointed, the advisor Nicholas was helpful and took time answering all the questions we had then left us to consider our decision.
