Currys - Guildford Reviews 

I recently made a purchase of 4 x appliances from Currys Guildford Store.
I was served by a lovely lady named Catherine. She talked me through all my buying options, had good knowledge of all the products and couldn't have been more helpful. She made the entire process simple and straightforward. She made my visit to the Guildford store a thoroughly enjoyable time. Thank you Catherine for your amazing customer service.

I bought a new mobile phone. I was sold a new charger at £27.99 which I am pretty sure was unnecessary. They kept trying to get me to agree to buying a new plan for my phone. I did not want to change my plan as I am quite happy with it. I paid to have the items transferred from my old mobile phone to the new one. They only transferred my contacts and then told me the SIM card needed replacing. I had to return to Vodafone the next day. Vodafone did not see any problem with the SIM card and said that the transfer of my old phone was not dependent upon a SIM. I felt very let down by Curry's.

Currys Guildford. Very short of staff. Waited ages to speak to someone and then only managed to speak to the Samsung rep. He was helpful, however, we had been there so long we needed to get lunch. On return we decided to buy an ex display television to take advantage of a discount. It then took almost 90 minutes to get that sorted out as no-one seemed to know what to do or how to do it. No one seemed to care about customer service. It wasn't that busy, but it took a total of 2.5 hours including a short lunch break to buy a television. Almost all of that was just waiting around, being ignored even though the staff knew we were waiting for service.

I bought a radio at the local Currys shop on a Thursday. However, the shop assistant told me that, as there were none in the store a new unit would be delivered either on Sunday (today) or before next Tuesday. As it turned out the unit arrived at about noon yesterday (Saturday) instead. What's more, I am very happy with the product. Thank you Currys!

I ordered a , but Currys failed to deliver twice, even after waiting more than 10 days. Very disappointing service and poor delivery management. Honestly, if you want to buy from Currys, just order online and avoid the store. I would not recommend them based on my experience

After initial difficulty in making contact the service then received was excellent

The assessment was very professional, helpful and friendly.

Service very good, delivered on time by two young men who were very quick and clean and also very knowledgeable, I would like to think they are well looked after, Cris and Michal thank you.
