I paid $13 to ship this product back. Overall, I really love this hair. I just wish it held a curl for longer than a few minutes. I bought the kinky straight texture, and it gives a gorgeous blowout look. I love it! Everyone thinks it’s my real hair :)

I’ve tried several of their hair products, and I can confidently say they never disappoint. This is actually my 9th time getting hair from them, and the quality has been consistently amazing—soft, full, and natural-looking every single time. Their hairs are lightweight, easy to install, and blend perfectly without shedding or tangling.

What I really appreciate is the reliability. No matter which texture or style I choose, it always arrives looking exactly like the photos. The durability is great too; the hair stays beautiful even after multiple uses and washes.

Some of the hair I received was not as advertised in terms of both length and quality. I also purchased the SEEL protection, but it did not help—delivery still took a long time, and the return process has been very difficult. It feels as though the company does not actually want customers to return items, which is very frustrating.

The swiss hd lace pre-bleached mini hair knots makes the midline look realistic. Great length for 10inches. Great for beginners the lace is already cut and the extra gift in the package are lovely. Had to cut the lace a bit more because ot was too much. Unfortunately it is shedding a lot.

Great quality hair at first but as soon as I dyed in black to blend with my natural leave out, the hair got all dry and hard to manage

I was very disappointed with the shipping. I made a purchase on October 24th 2025 and the package was delivered on November 10th 2025 as I had to send countless messages...on the other hand the hair feels and looks great

I got a 7x5 bodywave 24inch wig from them in 180 density for my grad. Wig is nice and well constructed, hair doesn't shed much, is true to length and is of decent quality, looks fuller after a wash and condition. I got mine customised to fit a 24.5inch head circumference for an extra fee on the site and it fits well.

The hair that came in was just like I expected and the company is great at communicating.

I ordered my hair on the 20th October. I had to email them on several occasions for an update. All they did was tell me that they have too many orders and they're urging their factory. That's not my problem. Ive waited a long time but nothing. Ive just told them to refund me and I will go elsewhere.

This is my first time ordering from them and will be my last. Im starting to think the company is not real.

I purchased the 4/27 Highlight Kinky Straight Wear Go Glueless. While the hair quality is okay, it did not look like the color in the picture of 27 highlights. The hair was actually with more red/orangy tones, similiar to color 33.
Not thoroughly pleased with my purchase.

I always get what I ordered without having to return it back! Not a lot of shedding or isses with delivery . I love the color options its a bit close to my natural hair color which is hard to find .

Omg, my wig is a 10. I love it so much and the curls fall so nicely.
