We always enjoy Cunard. It just gives a little extra touches which we enjoy.

Outstanding service and attention to detail. Huge choice of activities, excellent speakers and wide range of entertainment means there is something for everyone

Cunard World passenger, great overall experience, excellent food and service. Shows a bit repetitive but great quality. Tours expensive but felt herded, probably do private tours next time. Did not take into account ship changes on each leg with different nationalities and repeat shows. Cabins small but functional. Overall experience great and would recommend Cunard but probably not one that does legs so same people throughout.

Fabulous if you like dancing and the theatre and dressing up for dinner.
Plenty of activities to suit all and a handy App to keep you up to date with events plus a daily schedule arriving each night for the next day.
Unpredictable weather and situations at port but all handled well.

Cunard Queen Victoria is an amazingly beautiful ship with a lovely friendly crew.
Service and food is wonderful and the entertainment we experienced on our Norway cruise was the best we have ever seen!
Captain Martin Sharples (or Ena's lad as we affectionately referred to him as) was calm, friendly and dignified even though he and his crew experienced some emergencies and severe weather.

Cunard! What a ship what a experience! It was my first time cruising! And i'm in my 30's so i didnt know what to expect! But they out done therselfs! Crew is amazing! Ship has more then enough to do! Food is really good! Only minus is there focus is on the older audience! So music wise is less entertaining! But Changez was insane! Thanks for that! Outstanding Crew! Cunard has an incredible history and the personnel seem to be very proud to be working on board. The service is efficient, the food is good and the rooms are clean and comfortable.
The highlight of being on the Queen Victoria was undoubtedly the musical theatre performances.

Had a fantastic time on the Queen Victoria. Could not fault anything from the moment we arrived until disembarkation. Superb!

Queen Elizabeth is a beautiful ship, perfect size, staff friendly and helpful, made me feel relaxed. As a solo traveller felt very safe, soon made friends, found open dining and sharing a table very enjoyable, meeting people from different countries and cultures, never laughed so much, everyone was friendly and fascinating to talk to. The formal attire expected in the Britannia Restaurant was usually adhered to and if you did not want to dress up there were other dining options. The Gala evenings were especially good as everyone looked amazing. The choice of venues was good, usually ended up at the Golden Lion pub after dinner for quizzes etc in the evening, followed by a show. Cunard is not at all stuffy and pretentious, just perfect for feeling pampered and enjoying doing as much or as little as you want, plenty of quiet little nooks to escape to and read in peace

A good quality cruise line .We really enjoyed the experience and would recommend.The ship is clean and well maintained.The food is excellent and the staff are very attentive.

Attentive staff, the food and service was of a high-quality. If you are looking for a relaxing cruise this is it ! on a very luxurious ship.

We love the Queens Grill on Cunard. The dining room with its excellent service and à la carte menu makes it very special. The staff are very attentive and really look after. The only thing slightly lacking this time was the choice of wines.

The cabins are really well designed with everything you need, lots of storage, lovely balcony, a dressing table with plug sockets and good mirrors, there are many hotels that could learn from you, very comfortable beds with a choice of pillows, a well stocked fridge including fresh milk, lemons, whatever you want. Fresh canapés to have with your pre dinner drinks which are also provided.

The sunbathing deck is also superb, very comfortable Sun loungers, waiter service for drinks, tea, coffee and water included, and showers for when you need to cool down. We have not been on the Queen Anne yet, but apparently there are plunge pools as well, a small pool or plunge pool would be a good addition on the other ships.

The main areas on the ship are also very nice, nice shops, bars and entertainment areas. It feels luxurious.

The staff are very well trained and cannot do enough for you, something you don’t find everywhere.

We will continue to enjoy more holidays aboard the Queens!

Cunard provides great travel value. We've done a 30-day and 21-day cruise and enjoyed our trips. Cunard has great voyage itineraries. Highly recommend Cunard.

I just finished 30 plus days on board Queen Mary 2 traveling to Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Vietnam and Singapore. I don't believe there is a more enjoyable way to travel.

Beware ….. We had to cancel our cruise over New Years 2026 at the last minute due to a health of a close family friend. We didn’t have much hope they would give us any portion of our fare in future cruise credits and were right. However we had booked and paid for an excursion mid cruise and we expected a refund for that. They promised to refund in 8-10 weeks but to date we have not received it. I have tried repeatedly to contact they by phone (long wait lines), live chat, emails and FB and haven’t received any communication. The UK office has been great communication but they can’t help with anything book with the US side. They even sent a message to the US, still no reply. I expected more from a luxury line but this is totally unacceptable. Beware booking with US Cunard!

Caribbean Cruise 3 March to 24th. The crew and ship were brilliant. Plus the food, comfy bed and cabin. Evening entertainment decent but not exceptional. Enjoyed several trivia quizzes, met some lovely people.
All ports of call except St Lucia new to us - really enjoyed those too.

Cruising on Cunard’s Queen Mary 2 was truly an unforgettable experience—easily a 5 out of 5.

Each evening brought fantastic live entertainment, giving the ship a vibrant, elegant atmosphere. One of the absolute highlights was the live band, which kept the dance floor buzzing well into the night. Whether you enjoy ballroom, sequence, or more upbeat party dancing, there was something for everyone, and it made every evening feel special.

The staff were exceptional—warm, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making sure every guest had a wonderful holiday. Their attention to detail and friendly service really elevated the entire experience.

Days were just as enjoyable, whether relaxing by the pool or indulging in the incredible food options. The King’s Court buffet offered a wide variety of delicious choices if you felt like something casual and flexible, while the Britannia restaurant provided beautifully presented meals with attentive table service. For those wanting something extra special, the alternative dining options delivered that next-level culinary experience.

The pools were great for unwinding, and one standout moment was enjoying the view from the spa as the ship sailed away—absolutely breathtaking and incredibly peaceful.

All in all, Queen Mary 2 offers the perfect blend of elegance, relaxation, and entertainment. A truly amazing holiday experience I would highly recommend. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

You just can't beat Cunard. You could but you would have to pay a lot more. The service is excellent, the ships are beautiful and the food great. There is something for everyone in particular if you enjoy the more formal.
