Cult Beauty delivery charge is gone extremely expensive for Ireland. Standard costs €10! Even with some of their products 15% or 20% off, the delivery cost brings the price back up. Thus, not really a sale. I have noticed that a few products that are marked higher than RRP. I have joined their loyalty system for years and I’m at the top but it feels like a kick in the teeth as there’s no perks to it anymore. It’s also ridiculous how you only get 14 days to spend your birthday credit, you spend all year spending the money to stay at the gold status but only get 14 days to use your birthday credit. I will not be ordering anymore until I see changes in the cost of delivery and pricing.

Always great experience shopping with cult beauty. So much choice of brands and products I love. Never have to wait long for delivery. Cult beauty is my go to!

Great experience with Cult Beauty. The Kayali fragrance I ordered for my wife arrived quickly and was very well packaged. Everything was secure and arrived in perfect condition. Very happy with the service and would definitely order again.

£245 Advent calendar came damaged - splitting in the middle, folded corners, it was battered so I contacted customer service and agreed on a £5 “good will gesture” because I don’t want the hassle. Customer service then replies with asking for a trustpilot review before even sorting out my issue. I’m very disappointed. I liked Cult Beauty and this was my first time contacting customer service as I have not had a problem before and it’s been a disappointing experience.

There was a delay in the delivery however the communication from Cult Beauty and Evri was fantastic. Would not put me off using again 😊

Product arrived much quicker than I thought as Cult Beauty upgraded my delivery which was a nice surprise.

Received what I bought - in rapid time! will use again. Not wearing myself, thus can not comment on actual product.

Really disappointed with how Cult Beauty have handled an issue with my advent calendar.

The calendar arrived with multiple items missing, with the missing products having a total value of £149. Despite the individual products being in stock and available to purchase, Cult Beauty offered me just £32 and expected me to return the entire calendar — leaving me at risk of losing the calendar altogether if it subsequently went out of stock.

I tried to resolve this directly with Cult Beauty and also raised a dispute with my card provider, but unfortunately the card provider sided with Cult Beauty.

I have therefore had no option but to take the matter to the Small Claims Court to try to recover the £149 value of the missing items.

I’m sharing this so other customers are aware of my experience. I expected a company of this size to resolve a straightforward issue where items I had paid for simply weren’t included in my order. Instead, I have had to take the matter further just to seek a fair resolution.

Website said advent calendar would be dispatched within 24 hours didn’t arrive the following day contacted customer service they advised as it’s a seasonal item won’t be dispatched till end of September which is when all the calendars get shipped but knew that wasn’t the case as could see people online had ordered theirs and been delivered, then got dispatched later that day, was supposed to arrive today and have still not recieved or heard anything about when it’s going to be delivered.

The item arrived and was as described however, as a new customer a promotional offer was being ran which has yet to be honoured. I’ve spoken to multiple customer service agents and found that the issue was not escalated as promised and so, have been told to continue waiting. It’s now been over a month and there’s been no resolution so keep that in mind if you wish to make a secondary order based off of promotions.
