Quick delivery, fantastic service, upgraded my delivery.

So much stress over the delivery and now they are going to send the parcel back and charge me 30% more!
Having been a Cult customer for many years, I decided to buy an expensive gift to cheer up my lovely niece, who has been doing her best with 2 newborns. I placed the order with a big smile on my face and quietly awaited a lovely message from her. Instead, all I got was a series of emails from DHL saying they had tried to deliver but no one home. They seemed to offer "change the delivery" but without any option to choose delivery time eg evening. They don't deliver at the weekend. No way to collect from a shop or depot! My niece works!!! A lot of people work. So I thought no problem, I will contact Cult and get them to either change the delivery address to her mum or, at worst, return the item and resend. One hour on the Cult chat with Sadia to finally be told there is nothing they could do and if the item was returned, the price would be refunded and I would need to place the order again. I reminded her that I had bought the item as part of a promotion, circa £334. I would have to pay the full list price of £465, but they could knock off £20! I just googles the product and the item is still showing on the internet at a reduced price, also with other sellers. I took a screenshot. This is not even about me. I just wanted to bring a little bit of pleasure, beauty and joy to my lovely niece, doing her utmost, with no complaining, to look after a 3 year old and a 10 month old baby, and even return to work full time as a teacher so she can pay the bills.

My package was delivered to another address, due to the courier's fault, and I have to wait until they investigate.... even though it's not my fault

When I placed my order a free gift was a included. In receipt of the parcel this was missing despite showing on the invoice. I have been informed by the company that it must not have been available when my order was packaged. This is very disappointing. This has never happened with any other company I have placed an order with. Will not use this company again

Easy to place order, arrived super quick, quality product. The advent calendar comes with a book clearly displaying all the product info but an excellent feature on the website; providing product descriptions, how to use it and how it’s made. Fab!

Love there products, and always buy there advent calendar.

Absolutely unacceptable service from Cult Beauty.

I ordered a Patrick Ta brush, which was lost in delivery.
Cult Beauty sent a replacement — and unbelievably, they lost it AGAIN.
I contacted customer service THREE times requesting a refund.
Despite this, I STILL have not received my money back.
Two failed deliveries. Three contacts with customer service.
No brush. No refund.
I paid for a product I never received and now have to chase them for my own money.
For such a well-known retailer, this level of service is shocking and unacceptable.
I would strongly advise customers to think twice before ordering from Cult Beauty.
I will update this review if and when they finally refund me.

I am honestly extremely disappointed with Cult Beauty and the way my recent order has been handled.

When my parcel arrived, two products were open and two products were completely missing from the packaging, while another product was damaged. I contacted Cult Beauty immediately because I was concerned about the condition of the parcel. I was asked by your customer service colleague to open and check the products, which is when I discovered that two were missing and another was damaged.

I provided photographs of everything requested, so Cult Beauty already has clear evidence of the condition of the parcel and products.

I was initially told that I would receive a refund for the two missing products, and I was also told the damaged item would be investigated. I was then told that a replacement would be sent. Despite this, I am now being made to chase this and repeatedly explain the same situation.

This is incredibly frustrating. I should not have to keep contacting customer service to receive a refund for products that were never even included in my parcel.

I have also had to deal with the added stress and anxiety of having money tied up while waiting for a resolution. I have been completely reasonable throughout this situation and have supplied everything Cult Beauty has asked for, including photographs.

For a company of this size, I expected much better. Mistakes can happen with deliveries, but how a company handles the problem afterwards is what matters, and unfortunately Cult Beauty have made this unnecessarily difficult.

I am extremely disappointed and have genuinely lost confidence in ordering from Cult Beauty again. I simply expect the refunds I was promised for the two missing products to be processed without any further unnecessary delays.

Cult Beauty — please take responsibility and resolve this properly.

I had an issue with a previous order and gave one star for the way that my complaint was originally handled. Natalia stepped in and sorted the issue out quickly for me, which I was really grateful for. I have since ordered again without any issue, thanks

Cult Beauty delivery charge is gone extremely expensive for Ireland. Standard costs €10! Even with some of their products 15% or 20% off, the delivery cost brings the price back up. Thus, not really a sale. I have noticed that a few products that are marked higher than RRP. I have joined their loyalty system for years and I’m at the top but it feels like a kick in the teeth as there’s no perks to it anymore. It’s also ridiculous how you only get 14 days to spend your birthday credit, you spend all year spending the money to stay at the gold status but only get 14 days to use your birthday credit. I will not be ordering anymore until I see changes in the cost of delivery and pricing.
