Excellent show at Cardiff Castle by David Byrne. Loved it.
My partner had a minor medical episode and the security staff and medical staff were fabulous, thank you. And big thanks also to people stood close to us who were very helpful and offered immediate assistance .

Just a brilliant venue which is so well organised. We have been to three concerts and can’t wait to hear who will be performing next year. Went to see Jane’s Taylor last night and it was stunning! The atmosphere was fantastic. If I’d realised the ‘standing area’ at the front was going to be seated I’d have booked those tickets but didn’t look as standing for that length of time is not an option for me. Just love, love, love the outdoor theatre. Also impressed by the food and drink outlets with reasonable prices for a venue like this.

The venue is amazing and the staff are so helpful. I have just been to see Sir Tom Jones who was simply fabulous.
The on comment i would like to make is there needs to be more than one place to get a coffee. I visited with Mum who is a wheelchair user and had to queue at Pizza Hut ( unable to sell coffee) the Smash Burger Hut( unable to sell coffee and then went to the coffee hut to buy coffee and Churros, received the churros really quickly but by the time I received the coffee they were cold and soggy. Would be a better option to let others sell tea and coffee and not just 1 hut. Not everyone is actively mobile

First time at Scarborough open air theatre great venue and weather. Your staffing was exceptional nothing to much for any questions. Teddy Swims and his band was amazing. Teddy's vocal are out off this world. His support Jordan Rikei was also very good will definitely return to Scarborough open air theatre

Can you please esculate this as my wife and I and my brother and wife were very disappointed last night at the James Taylor concert, not with the music, but at the venue and facilities.
When I bought the tickets at £86.40 each, it did not state there was a restricted view, we were sat at the side of the stage and could not seen all the band or the video screen behind the band that had projections on it, which made the event dissappointing as a whole.
Also the seating provided had been squeezed in as much as possible, tie wrapped together so you could not move them, and the seats were small and uncomfortable to sit on, you were cramped up which made it uncomfortable.
There we many people conplaining about the same things I have stated, and some on our row even left at rhe break.
Could you please look into this? and come back to me.
Regards
Keith

We had an excellent night. Everything was well organised. The staff were all efficient and well organised. The theatre is a brilliant setting for the show. The sound was clear. The camera work was a little shaky at times, showing the back of someone's head, and occasionally out of focus.

James Taylor and it being his last appearance in Europe made it great. The position of the seats were not in accordance with what was shown on the seat map which very much put a dampener on the night. Had to watch the entire show on a screen obviously meant for those at the rear of the venue even though we were only seven rows from the stage. If you visit this venue make sure you are in centre seats!!

Outstanding convert by James Taylor. Tongue in cheek suggestion - more toilets for concerts where the majority are older!!

Venue generally and artist were great but a little disappointed with the rooftop bar. Nothing really premium about it. Had a very kind couple not allowed us share their table we would have had a terrible view. Couldn't order food to be delivered to us as advertised either. I transferred a ticket to my partner and it then allocated seats away from each other...a little strange. Cracking venue and would go back but the rooftop experience needs a rethink
