We attended the James Taylor concert at Scarborough open air theatre on Saturday evening. We sat in the blue area and had a good view. Very enjoyable event on a beautiful summer evening. It appeared to be well organised and will be returning next month to see Nile Rogers.

I've attended 2 great concerts over a couple of weeks. Both of which were amazing. Marti Pellow and Billy Ocean at the Piece Hall in Halifax. Also ,the Brilliant Teddy Swims at Scarborough Open Air . Both concerts were well organised, great helpful staff, and good venues. A special mention to all the staff who handed out cups of water. Piece Hall was a very hot night.

Absolutely brilliant night. Tom Jones was amazing. The security staff on the ball but helpful. The rain stayed away and Scarborough Open air theatre ROCKED!

Piece Hall is a fabulous venue Great night

The open air concert watching teddy swims was awesome, the weather was fantastic which helped.
Only downside i have, is i paid for seating and the ticket transfer was for standing only. I had complaints about standing. Which was better than seated. But this cost was greatly bigger than the standing prices.

The staff at the venue were polite and helpful, the venue it's self is pleasent and easy to get to.
Unfortunately the support act was not to my liking and the lead singer had an annoying voice, both myself and my son could not wait for their spot to end.
Having said that the star of the show Tom Jones more than made up for it.
No wonder he is still wowing the crowds at 86 years of age, long may he go on.

The show was amazing. All the seats at the venue give excellent views of the stage.
I think it is good you are allowed to bring in water. The venue is very organised and all the staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. A very safe venue, well managed

Very well managed at Halifax peice hall. The staff were helpful and pleasant. Tom grennan was brilliant as always. The only complaint is that I tried to get ambulant seating and even though I went on as soon as tickets became available, they had all sold out. How does this happen. Yet I was stood next to the seating for this and there seemed to be a load of seats not taken.

David Byrne at Cardiff Castle. We were blessed with fine weather and had a fabulous time watching this performance. Outstanding. And as ever, Cardiff Castle was a magical setting. An amazing backdrop to an amazing show. Fairly smooth process buying and receiving tickets, multiple update emails prior to and on the day of the show and access to the venue was organised well too.

Tom Jones was fabulous. The venue is amazing, but let down by certain staff. One female steward refused to let a mother with her young child use the toilets, when all 12 portable toilets were empty. Instead sent her right down to toilets half way down the arena. She stopped people going to the bar that had no customers there ands sent them to the other end to another bar. She was cocky and very very rude.

Great venue, have attended a number of events over the past few years and have enjoyed it, even more as nice it’s so local. First time taking my son (9) and would say the new layout with the accessible platform in the north west corner means it’s not great for families.
When taking my daughter a couple of years ago being able to stand on the elevated area in the north west corner helped her not to feel so intimidated, but still able to see the stage
We arrived early 7pm and all the steps were full of people and nobody was willing to make room.
Perhaps allowing families with younger children to stand at the back of the accessible platform would be better?

A great night seeing Tom Jones, who can still blast out the tunes at 86! Our event was at Scarborough Open Air Theatre. This venue never fails to impress us, it is well managed and staffed and a great view from every seat. A brilliant evening again.

Tom Jones was amazing. Well organised venue, great sound. My only complaint was the camera work. Not once did we see Tom in true colour. I think the cameraman must have found a special effects switch. He was either black and white, phychadelic or spinning which was disorienting. As we were sat a long way from the stage this was all we had to view.
