Having just sold my house with the Pontardawe team, I cannot praise or recommend them enough. Was it smooth? No, but that wasn't down to them, in fact they helped overcome the obstacles we faced. We would use them again if need arose.

My job is to buy and sell . But even though buying a house in this buisness is considered work . I am refused viewings because of covid . They need to learn the guidelines and rules on travel . And based in their non understanding of the basic rules, I can only
imagine that this would not be a good company to work with .

Dealt with the Morriston branch. Unfortunately, would never buy from this branch and certainly wouldn't recommend.
At the beginning, staff were polite and friendly but this soon changed to noncommunicative and unprofessional. Very disappointed.

From start to finish, the service has been exceptional. Both Ryan and Carol are an asset to the company. The kept us informed throughout and even though the pandemic delayed our sale, they got us through. I certainly would use Clee Tompkinson and Francis again. A great local Welsh company indeed.

They are a professional estate agent that made selling my house exceptionally easy and stress free. The office staff were always polite and helpful and didn't mind how many time i called in with questions or requesting updates. They had several viewings on my house and managed to sell with two weeks. The branch manager was personable, professional and FANTASTIC. I would sell my property with them if i move again!!

I have recommended to a friend who also has sold there property quickly.

Estate agents have a bad name normally but this is not the case with the Bridgend branch of Clee Tompkinson Francis. Would highly recommend if you are looking to sell your house as i cannot be happier with the service I received.
