Its all good until its not

Trying to get you money back with a refund is such a hassle. sending a parcel if you payed with multiple paypall adresses is also a pain in the ass. with all the extra hidden fees you pay more then you expected.

10/10 agent

Amazing agent, best agent in 2024. Used since even before the raid, first used in summer 2023. Had so many hauls. Cheap shipping, good customer service. Had an old review of Cssbuy which wasn’t as positive but have taken it down since customer service has MASSIVELY improved!

Unhelpful support

There in website support are useless. They kept redirecting me to open a discord ticket, and I opened one on 11th of November. Zoop’s (COO of CSSBuy) own policy states that he will respond to a request in a maximum of 3 days. It has been 5 days and I haven’t received A SINGLE MESSAGE from zoop
