User friendly shopping service for taobao and other Chinese sales platforms.

I've been using this shopping service for taobao for at least a year now because of their pricing, customer service and transparency. When an issue arises anywhere in the process of ordering from taobao it is very easy to contact them at any point in the process, they respond pretty quickly and they fix it.
I also really like their "contact seller" option. I use it a lot for shoe sizing, because my favorite seller does not have a size chart on their page, and the sizing differs per shoe model.
This is the second shopping service I've ever used.

A+ Support

If anyone of you is comparing the Agents i would highly recommend cssbuy. I tried different Agents for years and recently tried out CSSBUY. The App is user friendly and not hard to understand. I had a problem which was solved instant by the Support Team on their Discord Server.

Scam & Liars! Avoid this company

First of all, their shipping prices are atrocious. Their website system is difficult to navigate and most of the time their payment methods are not working. If you can't send out your items because of the payment methods not working, they charge you $5 storage fees even though it's their fault that you're unable to pay. In the end, they refuse to send out your items trying to hold them hostage to get more money out of you. Their customer support is not helpful at all. They also make you charge your account which means you have to charge more money than you actually have to pay. Getting that money back means it's your loss due to conversion fees etc.
Just avoid this company!!!

Edit: I reached out like suggested in the reply by the company. They are lying about the storage fee prices, they are lying about the free storage period, they are lying about their systems working properly and they are lying about wanting to resolve things.

As for the storage time, we provide a free storage time of 90 days, after that, it costs 2 USD per month per item to store your item, not 5 USD.
