Great quality external front fire door which was fitted well and in good time. I would have given 5 stars if I did not have to wait so long for delivery and tiny crease to letter flap. But overall a great company to deal with.

Salesman and fitter very pleasant and personable. Crown did come out and re seal once. Still have a problem. They sent a "senior engineer" made claims re our roof which an independent technician has shown not to be true. Promised report was not sent. I kept back final payment as was awaiting report. Both " senior engineer" and office staff member were rude and had an aggressive manner. While the price seemed good the doors are poor quality, very flimsy and lock on one already starting to stick after only a few months. Would not recommend this company. Would not use them again.

The service the installer provided was very good, and his work was of very high standard.

Time spent understanding our requirements, was perfect, so we had the windows fitted that were right for us. We live on a very busy road and needed to sound proof our bed room. These were secondary windows that look fantastic. We also had several other unique requirements for other windows and these were all met. Quality of all windows very good. Service overall was brilliant. Thank you to the whole team.

All of the folk on the project worked really hard. The result is superb! We are very pleased with it.

Great experience from Crown from start to finish on our lean too with Guardian roof. Initial meeting we were given the chance to explain what we wanted rather than being pushed into what we didn’t want which some other companies seemed to do. Through each step of the build everyone was extremely helpful and friendly and the whole build went to schedule.

The windows look good but poor sound proofing.

Door faded within 10 months, and Crown didn’t fulfil their warranty as we used our own fitter instead of theirs. Understandable if it was a fitting issue, but it is to do with the poor quality of the product. The door only see’s the sun in the evening, not like sun is on it all day. Wouldn’t ever use again!

We needed a new Back Door installed as a follow up to last years Front Door purchase. As previously, the politeness and attention of the staff at the Office really helped us to select the right style and the installation was carefully carried out with great attention to detail resulting in a quality finished item. Totally pleased all round.

This company I family run and from the minute I walked in the door felt welcome and comfortable the staff are so friendly and helpful and not pushy at all. I had a front door done and love it I will be using crown again for sure when my windows need replacing

I've used Crown several times before as they consistently deliver great customer service and the products are great too, with lots of options to chose from. I've had full windows, a conservatory and 3 x doors from them over the last 10 years and all have been great. There is no hard sell and the price is the price, so there is none of the shoddy pressure sales tactics I've had before from large companies. If there are any issues (and they have been minor) they quickly visit and resolve them too. This time I had a back and a tri fold door fitted and the fitters were lovely, considerate and polite - the left my house tidy and with the inevitable plaster damage from door changes all filled in, they even screwed my blind brackets back in for me without me having to ask. I will definitely use them again next time I need something.

Having moved into our new home last year, we did not have replacing all our windows down as a priority, but once winter arrived we knew it was.

We obtained two quotes and Crown were the most competitive as well as explaining the process; things have changed since we last ordered new windows!

They contacted us when they said they would and arrived on time for installation. The team worked so hard the first day, so that we could get our house back to normal asap, and then completed outstanding tasks until complete.

We are delighted with the windows and quality of installation, and the guys were just a delight to have round.

Good customer service and prompt delivery of service by professiona al staff. The new door gives the house a great look.
