Wow. What can I say. I look like a different person. I had an initial consultation a couple of months back . I was advised what would work and colour matches and measurements were taken. When the procedure was done and I looked in the mirror . I cried with happiness. I could not believe it was me. I looked 20 years younger . For a few years now I had been forced to wear hats as with my medical condition and chemo drugs , my hair was not good. Now thanks to these guys I have confidence again and a full head of hair .

I was so nervous going to salon , Lorraine put me at ease straight away. She understood how I felt, no hard sell, just advice. Lorraine helped me choose what was right for me, Niki cut my topper and I walked out of salon feeling fabulous!
I would highly recommend going here , lovely ladies.

Just to say I am so happy with my hair volumizer. The colour and style is perfect. Thank you so much for your advice and for making me so welcome and feel at ease. I certainly recommend Crown Couture and will definitely pop in again on my next visit to Scotland.

I have been in the shop today for my consultation. When I walked into that shop I just went “WOW”. The amount of wigs/hair toppers/extensions on view was amazing. It was a nice cosy feeling walking into the shop and was made to feel welcome right away by Lorraine and Nikki. These 2 ladies are so nice and very professional and brilliant at their job. I was so happy to go in and get the exact colour I wanted my hair topper to be and Nikki was able to fit it today for me so I was 1 happy lady. Lorraine was very professional as well she was good at explaining all the aftercare etc. We had a good laugh so the atmosphere was brilliant. This was an amazing experience and I would definitely recommend anyone to go to this shop.

Waste of time and money. I m fashion addict been to a lot of fashion exhibition so far this one is the worst one. Poor exhibit choices and rip off for 25£. Avoid at all cost

I would give zero stars if this was an option! I’ve been a customer for about 2 years and to begin with I was pretty happy with the quality of the hair. I’ve been having extensions for 25 years & in that time hair quality has got worse as more unscrupulous players have entered the market, so i was excited to have found what I thought would be my new permanent hair supplier.
5 weeks ago I order 2 packs Brazilian hair and one closure- colour 4. Lorraine sent me a photo of the closure as I wanted to ensure it matched the hair, she said it was slightly more ashy. I accepted as I’d left it late to order my hair. When the closure arrived it had a small hole in the net and also on closer inspection a green tinge to it! I took photos and immediately emailed crown couture. My hair apt was that day so I had no choice but to go with it! To be fair they gave me my money back because they said they were out of stock, but not before suggesting the hole was not there when the closure left them! The hair has been in for 5 weeks, washed twice and the closure is honestly like straw! It’s dry, the ends have spilt and I want it out of my head! So I contacted them to order a new one as the other issue to be warned about IS THEIR COLOUR 4 IS NOT THE SAME AS OTHER COLOUR 4s SO YOU CWNT MATCH! BUt now they tell me they’re no longer stocking the closures and so I am left with £260.00 worth of new hair that I cannot get a closure to match!
Oh and I use Keratase sulphate and paraben free shampoo and they say because I don’t use theirs that’s the problem! They won’t send me the ingredients list though...
I will be contacting trading standards and small claims but wanted to warn others too! Don’t buy hair from here!
