It's a legit casino. It does take awhile to get your deposit from your withdraw but it wasn't super unreasonable.

Not so Royal
It hasn't been going well. I've been a loyal player who has a good consistent spending history with this app which is fine because I wanted to give it a chance however, in the beginning of playing this app I would win little chunks of money here and there, nothing huge but enough to say ok, this app is cool but the more it convinced me into thinking I'm a big winner the more and more I saw it not letting me win. I was even sent an email by CC making me feel special by making me a 'Royal Player' but other then receiving a special little gift, there's nothing Royal about it only a marketing tool used to fool the player into thinking they going to win Big and earn access into special prizes as well as an important player. I'm just really disappointed in the team behind this app because the customer support/team seemed super caring and legit but now it seems as though the team at CC doesn't really care because they don't get it which makes me think they don't play the games themselves to understand the frustration of some of the games just not being fair. I don't like sharing negative feedback about my experience and I really didn't want to be so open and transparent but time and time again of the same bad experience happening I felt I needed to share.
