Redemption took a bit longer this time than usual and it seems like lately I'm losing way more money than I'm winning. The game is losing its appeal for me as I'm not even recovering what I spend. What used to be enjoyable is becoming a daily frustration anymore. Disappointed because this was my favorite site and my ultimate stress relieving pass time.

Liked playing until my ID expired. Uploaded my new ID over a week ago. First time around verification took a few days, this time though it says its still being looked at, and to contact support if I have issues. I contacted support last Friday, have heard nothing back.
