Dangerous drivers
For the second time this week have been subjected to the poor driving of the people who drive for this company. First example, one of their trucks thinks that it is acceptable to tailgate and emergency vehicle (RRV) on the A52 in Nottingham. Second, the idiot driving N21 TOW on 5/4/24 J21 M1, thinks that again tailgating and weaving in and out of lanes is a good idea. His vehicle is also illegal as the front number plate is obscured by the winch/front tow hitch. Not a very good advert when you hold contracts with the police to recover vehicles. Behave like a bunch of gangsters.
A big shout out to Shane who rescued us

Car kept in impound
Crouch Recovery recently had to come and tow our car away to one of the impound yards. They had it for just over a week. When my husband was able to collect he found that it had been kept in dry storage for the whole time, and all items in the car had been itemised & accounted for. It was bought out with ease, and without further damage. Staff were all courteous and friendly during all communication. Excellent service during a very stressful time.

A 90 minute wait for arrival, but then great service from Shaun!
After breaking down in a rental van, Crouch were arranged to recover us from a car park. We received a text letting us know it’d be a 90 minute wait (which was reasonable being the middle of the night) and then sure enough Shaun from Crouch rocked up to our rescue, loaded our van onto the back of his low loader, and took us 3 hours home. Had a good chat on the way, good service thank you 👍

Scum bag company that recovered my car…
Scum bag company that recovered my car after a crash instructed by rugby police. Pictures of the crash scene present. When recovered the whole left side damaged what they say is consistent with police trunchen marks then go back on there word. Then the forklift damaged the whole underside and side sill and my work laptop kids iPad and £200 gone missing police say they didn’t have it. They are a unconsiderate nonsense police lapdog company that show off there corrupted gained vehicles.
Excellent job top job
