Terrible!

Terrible!! They were paid £1058.00 before they were to do the survey. They set the date and time for the survey but they never turned up. They didn't even ring the present owners of the property or ourselves, the buyers to tell us they wouldn't be coming. They did refund their fee as there was no way we would have a survey done by them at another date. Be warned.

As discussed by telephone, this was an admin (diary) error and not a deliberate failure to attend. As you did not want us to arrange an alternative inspection time we immediately refunded your fee. We apologise again for the inconvenience this will have caused you.
