Website was friendy, prices we're competitive, service was 1st class

My rating and my experience with you cannot be good, quite the opposite.
I received a hockey stick of a size I didn't order and a different model from the one I bought.
Having contacted customer service, their response and solution was as follows: "So sorry I think I can see what has happened, the stick was changed for you on the order but the wrong code has gone through onto it meaning you were sent a 36.5 Light stick and not the 37.5 Superlight".
And I won't even mention the delay in customs due to the shipment from the UK to Spain.
So, as you can understand, this has been my first and last purchase with you.

I now buy all of our boys’ cricket and hockey shoes, bags and protective equipment here. Pricing is good, delivery fast, occasional returns easy, and they clearly appreciate repeat business through the discount points that become quite valuable. Wouldn’t now go anywhere else.

Please try not to shop cricket kit from this website, they may show price bit less but they charge shipping and if you are not happy with the product quality they will deny saying it’s just a slight rough strap, they won’t admit product quality and won’t even cover returns, unfortunately we need to pay returns by our selves. Not a great experience.

Complete return scam. I sent a return with tracking via Royal Mail. The person is stating it was sent to the wrong address even through it is a fully generated printed label from their system. It was not hand written, has full packing information of what's included (also automatically generated), and my information as a customer. The tracking states delivered, but the company will not refund my money stating I should not have delivered it to the label provided. Do not purchase or return anything from this company.

I had purchased a cricket helmet after some research and found out them to be best overall including the options to select like size, colors and models to choose from. In addition the shipping was really quick (3 days) as i expected a delay since the product was delivered to Sweden. Also contacted them related to shipping queries and got friendly responses which assured me.
Very happy with the product and highly recommend them for any cricket equipment.

I ordered the wrong sized gloves, so I bought some more (also from Cricket-Hockey.com) and sent the old ones back, and the refund had landed in my account pretty much as soon as the package reached them. It's refreshing not to have to go through a long, drawn-out returns process or have to chase anything up!

Other than that, the prices compare really well as far as I can see, and both deliveries came quicker than expected.

Ordered a field hockey stick to ship to Canada. It arrived within 3 days of ordering and even with the cost of shipping, cost less than the store I was originally going to order from here (which didn’t have the colour/size needed). Great experience!

I am still waiting for the delivery and not able to contact supplier for the expected delivery date.
Worst service by UPS.

Excellent service from this company. Ordered a pool cue from Spain and it was cleared through customs and delivered three days later. A high quality product which was delivered promptly. Would certainly recommend.

I’ve received really good service from them.
I had to sent my cricket helmet back twice as the sizes were not the same between the different brands, and there were no problems in doing this.

I returned it next day & had a full refund within 3 days of contacting them. We then purchased the correct size & it arrived really quickly! Great company to deal with, communicated with us straight away & issue solved very swiftly. I would rate this company as excellent 👌

Quality goods, well priced, delivered quickly, what's not to like? Well, a little niggle with the website login. But, when I emailed, the reply was within hours, even on a weekend. Really great service.
