I ordered a one piece and got no…
I ordered a one piece and got no communication for two weeks around it. Then got a bill from FedEx in the post and then literally got a notification that the transaction ways cancelled. I give up. This is the second Roine I’ve had an issue with Crewroom deliveries since Brexit and their comms have been terrible both times

Over two months not to get the T Shirt
No dispatch email and after two weeks when telephoned you claimed the T-shirt was lost in the post. A replacement was to be dispatched, after two weeks a email query revealed that the item had not been dispatched as even though one was still showing available on the website, it didn’t exist. A more expensive replacement was selected and after two weeks it finally arrived, the 26 or 27th of July. The original item had been ordered 16th of May in time to be delivered for my husband’s birthday on the 1st of June. I would rate your stock management as incredibly poor, your customer service as well below the minimum required to say that it’s just about ok. The only redeeming element is when I was contacted by a rep to advise me that having originally ordered a large tee, the replacement base layer ought to be XL. My husband rates your gear highly but I won’t be purchasing from you again.
