Good product - good service…
I’ve only bought a couple of things from crew room but their quality is very good.
Delivery was extremely quick and these guys strike me as a very professional and slick organisation. Will certainly consider them for more rowing gear.

Where do I start
Where do I start? We spent over £300 back in July/August 2023 on England rowing kit for my son. The kit that was needed at the competition was delivered direct to the coach - so far so good.
BUT - the dry robe and tracksuit bottoms HAVE STILL NOT ARRIVED and here we are in 2024!
Despite numerous emails over the many months and phoning direct, I have been fobbed off and constantly told : 'by the end of the month / just waiting for the dry robe / just waiting for the embroidery to be done' etc etc etc. The quality of the AIO is great but the red dye runs on the England cap and the training T is extremely thin quality. I have resisted giving them a poor review but I really can't wait any longer - they NEED TO SORT THIS OUT!

This company has a lot of work to do.
The garment itself is a nice quality made garment that’s my positive. It is however much thinner and smaller than I’d expected. We ordered a large for my son who is generally a medium/large. He would have needed a XL which at 6’2” and 71kg he is not. It also took a very long time to arrive from order date - well over 3 months from order to delivery 😞 The correspondence from the company was very poor. I’d mistakenly ordered 2 of the same item and as soon as I’d placed the second order I realised my mistake and emailed straight away. I don’t hear anything back so I emailed again a couple of weeks later. The order was refunded (thank you!) but I got no correspondence to confirm they had received my email or that I had been given a refund.

Great discovery!
I was directed to The Crewroom by a running shop in Upminster when trying to locate rowing shorts - great shout! The quality of the clothing is really good and the selection more than adequate. The delivery was fairly quick too. I have had to return a couple of pairs of shorts due to getting to know the sizing and therefore awaiting a refund but, all-in-all, very happy with the site.

All in all, very disappointing
My gel cushion took longer than expected to arrive and I had difficulty obtaining tracking information. The product itself is dissappointing. I used it for a two and a half hour row around Iona and I didn't really rate the comfort. It maybe better for shorter rows, I'll try it again to find out.
All in all very dissappointing.

A little disappointed that only the black was available in my size - I seem to only wear black these days
Hadn’t realized it had a water bottle pocket - perfect for carrying the boat to the dock. Nice bit of thoughtful design
