Th puffer type jacket I bought and payed quite a bit of money for...Well!
The zip pockets catch the material..so the zip won't go up or down!
How frustrating is this??
Very ,very ,very frustrating......could be better designed with a piece of pvc each side of the zip...so it doesn't catch...not rocket science.... unimpressed totally!
Won't be buying this brand again ...

Wouldn't even give them a one star if I could choose. Absolutely awful. Never had such a bad experience with a company. 3 parcels not delivered and lost in a row, had two replacements within that neither of them delivered.

Excellent customer service at Lincoln branch .
While the clothing was no good at all , t shirts shapeless and poor quality . I want to commend the young man who handled my return at the Lincoln branch . He was professional and friendly and although had a bad cold he used hand gel to handle anything and was apologetic .

Lucky it got the one star.
Customer service appalling. Items bought on sale but did not fit do took to local shop. They could/ would not help, back home ring customer service as one day past sale cannot honour price which has now gone from sale £50.00 to £100. Very officious no way was she going to budge or offer any goodwill. We have often bought from Crew but no more. Companies need to have a little heart.

I have been a very loyal supporter of Crew chino shots which have always been of great quality and fit. Unfortunately their 2026 shorts now coming with stretch fabric which has completely ruined the best shorts on the market. Please please go back to your previous fabric and restore your reputation for selling the best chino shorts on the market. I suspect it's been done to reduce production costs and elastic fabric is cheaper than 100% cotton. What a pity.

Poorly finished coat with long threads on machined areas including a buttonhole becoming unstitched. First time of wearing the external button for that same buttonhole came off in my hand. Difficult to replace as had been sewn onto the outside material first with inner and outer fabric then sewn together. Love the style but shoddy workmanship and this item won't last long. Shame as I was a big fan of Crew but things have gone downhill.

Ordered a couple of items. One showed up as in stock, the other said "In-stock- DELIVERED FROM STORE". The first item showed up pretty quickly - but the second item never arrived. Called their customer services and they advised that when it is "DELIVERED FROM STORE" they put the request out to all stores for 2 weeks - and if by the end of that time no one has sent it, the order is cancelled and refunded. It doesn't say anywhere when you order it that it may never be delivered - and you are then stuck for 2 weeks not knowing if it will or wont arrive. This company need to move into the real world - either don't take orders for stuff you cant deliver - or when you take an order, action it straight away in store. Current system is awful.

When visiting the website for the first time I saw an offer for 15% off my first order if I gave my email address and signed up, which I did. However when I get to checkout I find that the discount doesn't apply to sale items, which is a condition that was not stated when I signed up. This rules out all items from the promotion.
To be fair, looking again at the website, it did say T&Cs apply, but there is nowhere that tells you what the T&Cs are, so catch 22 - you only know the T&Cs after signing up.

I bought a men’s full zip sweatshirt in large. (That’s my usual size and if anything I am closer to a medium). The Crew item was very very small and nowhere near a ‘large’. Thought worth highlighting as others might find same poor sizing.

The staff at the Salcombe shop were extremely helpful accondating me, my partner, our dog and my mother who has mobility issues. They looked after our dog, helped me get my mother down the outside steps amd were all so very helpful. I couldn't have asked or more they definitely went above and beyond.

Parcel not delivered.
This is not unusual because Crew insist on using Everi who are consistently rated the UK’s worst delivery company.
Crew say on their website contact the courier. This is misleading as the contract is between the buyer and Crew. Eviri are legally Crew’s problem but Crew try to get their customer to sort out the problem with Everi because once they have sold you their clothes they are not interested anymore.
Incredibly poor service yet again from Crew!
Our village What’s App is full of complaints about courier’s and it is almost always Everi. What’s more the drivers are happy to be dishonest about what they have done with the parcels.
I think it is time to end our twenty year relationship with Crew.

Always let down by slow refunds. - often having to chase

I ordered several items for express delivery on 12/3/26, the tracking link provided didn’t function and my contact with customer services was not fruitful. I was told they couldn’t do any follow up until a full 7 working days after the order. Today on 23/3/26 after further contact with customer services they are finally processing a refund. Appalling customer service. Cannot comment on quality of items as they were never received.

Ordered a jumper in the sale several weeks ago, still not arrived and no communication. How long should one wait? Will it ever turn up? Terrible online ordering process, avoid.

Ordered a dress for store collection, which arrived very quickly, Tried dress on in the store - at least 2 sizes too big. Initiated return without the item leaving the store. Receipt was a signature and date written on the despatch note, but no refund after 3-5 working days. Couldn’t contact store - phone rang out and voicemail ‘full’. Chat bot only online.
Returned to store — if no refund by •• date, come back and we’ll ’look into it’
Why should I have to go backwards and forwards to the store ( involving a round trip of 20mins each time) to chase a refund that should have been initiated at the time of collection and immediate return??? Absolutely appalling service.
I will be looking into a chargeback.

I have always received items as described and true to size. Excellent quality and value. Much more true to size than other uk stores. I very rarely return items. Thank you so much.

Bought quite a few sweatshirts in the sale. Sadly they shrink in wash and dryer. In future i would order a size up. Also they are quite short

Having had a couple of garments shrink and my communication with the Head Office and customer service, my faith in Crew Clothing is resumed. Just some clear clarification was needed. So if you dont have a receipt you won't receive a refund. What can be offered is an exchange for the same article of Clothing or something else. Some products may have been reduced in price so you won't get the purchase price. Crew clothing have redeemed themselves in offering me the chance to exchange and as a result I spent another £40. So a win win as they say.

Not very happy😡This company keeps hold of your money. Refunds take weeks.Feel very reluctant to deal with this company anymore.

My review seems similar to others .. sold me sale stock they do not have .. ordered 3 shirts in the sale .. one has arrived other 2 been waiting 10 days. Emailed them and got an email back saying need to wait 5 days. If they had looked into this properly they would see it has been over 5 days.. fear I will be trying to chase my money back .
