Ordered for my wife's birthday, paid for next day, hasn't even left them yet. Chat agent tried to lie and say it wasn't due to be despatched until today, I ordered it 2 days ago. Not what you expect when they want £300 for a bottle of perfume

Really poor since the company was sold…
Really poor since the company was sold a few years ago. They have reformulated ALL of their fragrances taking out ambergris & replacing it with ambroxan which is unpleasant & cheap smelling. Once a great house now a sorry sight

Difficult to contact and very slow to refund returns (if they do at all)
I purchased an item on their website in June and almost immediately realised it was considerably cheaper at John Lewis. So I bought it again at JL and organised a return of the item from Creed as soon as it arrived - completely unopened and in the exact condition in which it arrived. The item was returned via the return method they insist upon on 10th July. Two weeks later I had to contact them again to ask where my refund was, they replied (eventually) to say they had received the package but they’ve been too busy to “process” it - they will refund me when it has been “processed”. It is now 31st July (3 weeks since the return) and still no refund. It’s absolutely impossible to get through on their phone line so the only way to contact is via email. I can’t remember a time I’ve experience such awful customer service and it’s definitely not what you’d expect from a “premium” brand. Never again.

Absolutely awful customer service
Absolutely awful customer service, had to message them back and forth for a week, only for them to reply that they are taking my matter seriously and will get back within a week. It's all just pretty words packaged as nice as their perfumes but what's inside is very disappointing. Never buying again. The smell of the Original Vetiver is as weak as a toddler's fart. Delivery time was fine but the package itself was a let down.

Pessimo!!! Acquistato Creed Neroli Sauvage direttamente dal sito Creed, stavo finendo il vecchio flacone... arriva il nuovo ... il profumo è diverso... meno inteso e rotondo, svanisce dopo poco tempo... mi rivolgo al costumer care per lamentarmi... potrei restituirlo se non l'avessi utilizzato... se non lo spruzzo come faccio a sapere che è scadente.... siete dei geni!
Se non lo avessi acquistato direttamente dal sito ufficiale sembrerebbe una imitazione del vecchio.
Di seguito la loro risposta alle mie osservazioni.
The best explanation for the variance is that - Creed Neroli Sauvage Eau de Parfum 100ml , like all Creed scents, is composed of a very high proportion of natural oils which will vary somewhat in odour from batch to batch.
This is due not to any deficiencies in the brand, but is accounted for by different crop yields altering somewhat in odour due to terrain, temperature, level of rainfall etc.; and by the subsequent maturation of these oils during the maceration process.
A perfume that is primarily synthetic will remain totally constant in smell from one batch to the next; whereas a fragrance rich in natural oils will, to a slight degree, alter its personality from one harvest to the next.
You will receive another email shortly with instructions on how to return your items.
If the perfume is not in pristine and unopened condition then we are sorry but we will not be able to organise for these to be returned.

I ordered a £195 bottle of Creed fragrance via the Creed official website on 17th June. Nearly three weeks later no delivery and no returning of my emails.
For a supposedly prestigious brand their customer service is shocking.

Excellent customer service team
After what started out as a mixed experience of ordering direct from Creed, the subsequent customer service follow up from Mary-Lisa has been nothing short of superb and fully restored my faith in this premium perfume house.
I originally purchased Aventus but noticed that there might have been an issue with the batch, I returned the item, which underwent testing and it was confirmed that there was an issue with my order.
Mary-Lisa then reached out directly with empathy and sincerity, which is absolutely what should happen from such a super premium brand, and this completely turned around my experience, thank you.

These fragrances go ranid very quickly. What bugs me they say they create a Limited Edition so you buy two or three bottles and then release it back so waht was Limited about it? Just dupe the public and hood wink them! Booo!

CREED 30 pound sample sets
Be careful with CREED 30 pound sample sets.I purchased one and the three did not smell of the advertised products. In fact the poor fragrances didn't last for more than 10 minutes. I wrote to their customer services who admitted that sometimes this happens but they do not issue refunds ON SAMPLES but these weren't free samples so 30 pounds down the drain.BEWARE!

Extremely disappointing
Extremely disappointing. After reading so much about how awesome Creed Aventis and other Creed perfumes are, I ordered a 5-bottle sample set from Creed themselves. I was excited to try them out, but my excitement disappeared faster than the smell of the cologne itself. Aventis smelled like it was a stale, old perfume, and I could barely smell it myself let alone get complementary comments from others. I tried the others, and none of them smell classy, or elegant, and the perfume is barely noticeable. With other perfumes like Swiss Arabian Oud, or Dior Savage, I can still smell them at the end of the day, and even the next day on my t-shirt. But Creed? Nothing. The very high price point is just a marketing gimmic. Avoid.

Adventus For Her - Don't buy!
I bought a sample pack of Aventus for Her hoping that the female version would smell something like the male version. From the samples, I then purchased Aventus for Her. However when I received it and sprayed it, I was told it smells like incense. They are right. After the initial squirt which dies off very quickly you are left with this horrible aroma of incense and it's quite prominent. I was extremely disappointed especially as it's so expensive and would not recommend buying the female versions of Creed. I have two of them now and none of them smell very nice.

I read the reviews and was unsure if I should risk purchasing. But i eventually did and bought a candle off their website. The 10% promo code people complained about actually worked for me and they sent it to me when I registered online a year ago. To my surprise the 10% voucher was still valid to this day. I bought on the 07th of April and received the Candle 2 days later today on the 9th of April ( package was sent from London and I live in Germany)
The automated system provided me with many E-Mails about my order, when they expect to ship, day of shipment and estimated time of arrival. So the communication was quite good 👍🏼
I can‘t say anything about the costumer service because there were no complaints on my side where I had to contact costumer service or write any e-mails.
