I recently purchased Sublime Vanille, which has quickly become a new favourite, but Royal Princess Oud, Eladaria, and Aventus for Her remain timeless staples in my collection. Diffuser glass vial replacement
Unfortunately my Creed leather wrapped diffuser vial was damaged and I needed a replacement. Despite the product having been discontinued, I reached out via LinkedIn and the Creed team sourced a replacement. Very grateful I can continue to use such a beautiful product.

Creed use to be good in every aspect
Creed use to be good in every aspect, however I recently ordered a perfume £265.00 and paid extra for next day delivery? All done well before the 1pm cut off time, perfume was for a special occasion ? Now ruined as no delivery came. Please don’t waste your money on next day delivery as it’s a gamble on whether it arrives or not. Very disappointed and probably will never use creed online again .

Terrible customer service
Ordered aftershave for a gift, seems it has gone astray within Royal Mail system. Whilst I appreciate Creed haven’t caused the issue, their customer service was generic, uncaring and dismissive.

the spray stopped working - clearly the internal tube was detatched, but the bottle cannot be opened to repair. Purchased at duty free and creed customer service would do nothing about it. The product is not fit for purpose

It’s not the same before. Just wasting money. I bought aventus from Selfridges Trafford centre and I returned back to exchange manager refused and even the staff work there admitted smells different. I didn’t want to get refund just change it but she was so disappointed and unprofessional manager

Although I love Creed fragrances like…
Although I love Creed fragrances like Green Irish Tweed, Himalaya, Silver mountain water, they are massively overpriced, with recent releases like Oud Zarian almost hitting £500, so if you get one you don't like, theres nothing you can do, and I hated my sample of Oud Zarian. Sample sets
need to be cheaper, to appeal to more people, sure its a luxury brand, but appealing to more, your sell more. That being said, packaging is always excellent, with the option to upgrade to a lovely Creed gold emblem box & ribbon for £5, which makes gifts look outstanding, I've never had a problem with delivery either, with the standard option being complimentary.
