It did take a minute to get approved but the ease of using credit key is seamless, and the beauty is you can use thru a lot of different websites even if that particular company doesn’t take it you can submit the receipt and credit key will pay it. Brilliant for a new business owner! Thank you!

The whole experience was so easy. There were a few more items they needed from me. I sent them over and within minutes someone called me to notify me that I was approved. He then quickly helped me with my purchase. I am so happy with my experience and will definitely share them with other friends.

I do like 95% of how this works, the 5% is lacking my ability to speak directly with anyone that can help me directly with a purchase, not the COMPUTER ALL THE TIME.

Everything that I was told From Credit Key was just what I got. They did everything that they said and that doesn't happen all the time in Business.

Awesome Support! Crappy Reporting format

Anytime there's an issue, their support staff is responsive and gets to the problem. They doan excellent job of explaining the options available to resolve it.

My biggest gripe is how they run their reports. A big issue(at least two months ago) is that you can NOT filter by date on a sales report; it only prints out the entire history of ALL your sales from the first day to the current date. So if you've been a customer for five years and only wanted a sales report from Jan-Mar 2024, you must download the entire history, even if it's five years worth. Also, they don't break out categories, for example, by state. So, if you sell in multiple states, you see all your sales but can't filter out just ONE state(for sales tax).

Really easy super fast! Will definitely continue to use them
