"We worked with Credit Key and unfortunately, we are extremely disappointed. The promises they made during the onboarding process were not fulfilled. The credit approval process was unnecessarily delayed, and communication with their team was poor. Every time we reached out, we had to wait too long for a response, and decisions on issues were not made in a timely manner.

Our experience with Credit Key was frustrating, and it added stress rather than value to our business. We would not recommend using their services if you're looking for a reliable business partner."

Extremely disappointed with this lender. They approved me for financing to purchase equipment, only to suddenly pull back the approval at the last minute. Their reversal completely stalled my purchase, wasted valuable time, and disrupted my business plans. The lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable. If you’re relying on timely and dependable financing, do yourself a favor and avoid this lender. Too many red tapes. I agree with another review, this may be a scam. They request for all your financial documents after already being approved and then reverse the approval. Watch out for this company!

The quickest and easiest credit approval I have EVER experienced.

After nearly a year of 100% on time and early payoffs, credit was declined completely.Like others here, credit decreased drastically without warning. Personal and business credit scores remained the same or improved over that time

Terrible service.

Like others here, we had our credit slashed by 75%. We used credit key for three different loans over the last three years. We just paid off the last one two weeks ago. We were never late on a payment, actually paid off 4months early. Owners fico is very good and business credit is exceptional.

Making purchases with Credit Key has been very simple. Attempting to reconcile the account has NOT been simple, however. There are no monthly statements sent. There is no single download that an account user can run to see purchases, payments, and interest charges in one document. We requested this information and days later have not yet received it. So, there is important room for improvement that we're hopeful to see made.

Horrible customer service, no phone number, take a day to get back to you. Dinged my credit and wasted my time.

CreditKey has been easy and efficient to work with.
Particularly with vendors who are vetted and in their systems already, the ease of getting invoices paid expeditiously is really nice. CK customer service is always there to help, in addition to a lot of online resources. My whiole experience to date has been a very positive one!

What everyone else said.

We were loyal customers. Spent thousands and always paid on time. We made final payment and they shut us down for no reason or warning. Not a good way to treat loyal customers.

Filled out on not thinking I was going to get approved but dang before I knew it I was approved love using the card!
