Alex was the most help anyone gave me im trying to repair my credit so im trusting that he was telling me the truth and this actually helps because I need it

i was lied to and told this was a debt collector i was paying the debt off, then i find out it’s some credit place that just took my money for a service i did not want. i’m trying to clean up my debt i owe . i don’t need a credit service that does not work. they charged me 1294.00 dollars and i want my full refund.

Terrifying experience - PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I called what I thought was a collection agency, and somehow called Credit Glory. The entire time I was led to believe I was on the phone with the collection agency, but before he would give me *any* information, I was told I had to pay a $1 to pull a current credit report. That alone should've been a red flag but this is unfamiliar territory for me, so I knew no different. The charge on my card was from Standard Scores LLC. According to google, by paying the $1, despite being told absolutely nothing about any sort of subscription or service, that was me authorizing them to charge my card $25 monthly for who knows what. I explicitly stated I do not authorize my card to be charged for anything except that $1 report out of an abundance of caution. I called the number today and they would not give me the name of the company until I mentioned a lawyer, then they finally told me it was Credit Glory. So who knows what will happen with my card going forward, but it was a complete waste of 30m, $1, with deceitful practices and hidden subscriptions. Run away.

It's a scam! They charge $1,then turn around and charge you $378, then $237. Do not believe what they say!!

They tried to take money out of my account twice. Luckily my bank declined both attempts.

This company is a scam!
I payed at least $400 for no results and when I called to cancel and told them I cant afford the're monthly fees he tried to pick a random lower monthly fee mind you the original fee was $99 a month for a service fee. So I told them no I dont want to continue service for a lower monthly fee and I want to cancel my subscription . This company is not helpful at all just a waste of your money so do not join service with this company at ALL.

None of the “positive reviews” state that their credit issues were actually resolved, therefore leading me to believe after having wasted my money with this service provider that these are all generated reviews, my husband and I are not of wealth, but have showed out nearly $600 to these people thus far only for them to not resolve any issues. Do not give them your money.

They are a scam. The amount of money I was charged I could have paid who I owed and had them take it off my credit report. They also lied about using identityiq.com as a third party to confirm my bank account. Charged me $1 to confirm my bank account and then a month later charged my account $24.95. If you read this don't waste your time and money with them. Just dispute what ever you need to yourself. Now I'm out $923.95. These people are the scum of the earth. They are right up there with politicians.

Dude on the phone said i would have to pay $40 upfront to move payment date and it would be towards my balance !

They lied literally my debt company took out the whole amount today so I called and canceled my account with them.

They will literally tell you anything to sign up with them. Please read the reviews first !
DO NOT TRUST THEM, THEY ARE LIARS. COMPLETE SCAM OF A COMPANY.
