I dont remember my CSR'S name but he was amazing! He was informative and walked me through the process, he reassured my understanding and was patient. There was point in conversation I was lost and he recited what he said, reexplained and gave examples from our conversation to make sure I understood. This was a stressful day and I honestly thought this was going to be the icing on the cake but he made it 10x better within 15 minutes of a conversation! I wish I remembered his name but I appreciate your patience and I hope the job recognizes good people like you!

Chantal was very helpful, pleasant and easy to talk. She walked me through everything. I held back on giving 5 stars, only because I want to know if it really works first. Chantal herself deserves 10 stars!

Excelent Help. He was absolutely fantastic at doing his job he explained everything properly and if i didnt understand he would explain it 2 where i would understand, he answered all my questions and he helped me ultimately get the ball rolling on a bright future. I wish i got his name because he really deserves alot of credit and acknowledgement for being great at customer service and making me feel very comfortable with this whole situation. The thing that made my experience easy was working with Lina. Very informative and knowledgeable in helping me get where I wanted to go.

Was made to feel like they were going to help me at the beginning. I never saw a change in my credit but all I saw was money game taken out of my account more than anything. I was not satisfied at all when they were taking money out of my account and I did not authorize it. They also kept calling me all the time.

It’s a scam. I was trying to pay off a debt they lied and misled me. They took $777 out of my bank account. I called them and emailed them several times for my money back, the next day. And three months later no refund or change to my credit report. SCAMMM

This company is nothing but liars, thieves and broken promises. I was pressured into signing up and paying the open fees that I couldn’t really afford but due to my situation I was told this was the only way to stop immediate interactions. I told her I did not want to continue with a subscription and I was only going to pay one time because I can’t afford the service. They promised I would not have to worry about additional payments. Then I was charged an additional $99 for the next month. When I called to have them refund it they told me it did not matter what the person before told me that they have a contract and my account does not qualify for refund. I requested the recorded call where I was told it would be one charge only be reviewed and was told it can be requested but due to the contract they are allowed to bill me because I didn’t call to cancel. I did not know I needed to call to cancel because I made it very clear at sign up that I did not want to continue past one month. They have done nothing that I couldn’t have done on my own and actually have done on my own over the last month, with better results. This is a scam company that prays on people who are in a bad situation. Do not give them your money. After filing my complaint with BBB I see there are many complaints stating the same thing. Buyer beware!!
