4 months, no signs of them doing anything at all. Total waste.

Registered in August/September, saw absolutely zero evidence that they did what they claim, including the trade lines or the removals. I paid for premium service and add-ons, too. Not a single thing was done. Any time I've asked, they've asked for time - time has run out. This is not a real company and they are not providing a real service.

The website is a vibe-coded mess and there's no customer support at all.

I'm paying $129 per month and $99 for a so called seasoned trade line. They've done absolutely zero for me. They keep saying there doing g things but the 3 credit bureaus say otherwise. Won't refund or cancel my account its been over 3 months now. I've sent tons of emails and messages. I want my money back how can they in this day and age kept scamming people with no consequences? This is BS.

Fraudulently Charged Me Again

From the outset, my experience with this company has been extremely poor. For more than two months, my account was never activated. It took over 19 messages before I finally received a response from customer service regarding a refund. At that time, they confirmed that my subscription was canceled and that a full refund would be issued.

Despite this confirmation, I was charged again last week for a monthly subscription. I have made six additional attempts to contact customer service regarding this unauthorized charge and have received no response.

This pattern of behavior is deeply concerning. The company appears to have significant operational failures, and I was fraudulently charged on 12/25/25 after my subscription had already been canceled. Their continued refusal to respond only reinforces the lack of accountability and professionalism.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. First, there’s no real people or company it’s just poorly built Ai agents who respond and not always. Second, there’s no service, it’s a fake dashboard with no actual results. They don’t provide a real service, unfortunately I didn’t read these reviews first before I signed up.

Credit Captain is a SCAM!

Credit Captain has not provided any service whatsoever. They are a complete waste of money and they do not have a direct way of contacting a real human. You will communicate with their AI Agent only. I signed up with the hopes of purchasing their tradelines. I signed up for a few tradelines that would cost over $300 monthly to report to my credit report. Their site stated the tradelines take up to 6-8 weeks to report to your credit reports. The price for the amount of tradelines seemed to good to be true but I noticed they had a 90 day money back policy so I signed up. Terrible mistake. I have been paying $425 a month for the past few months with 0 updates to my credit report. I've attempted to speak with them several times to discover that the only communication options are their AI Agents who don't give any real answers. I am doing what I can to request a full refund but there's no way to speak with a human. I would never refer or recommend their services to anyone. They're basically making money on your subscriptions without providing any service at all!

Do not use Credit Captain!!!

So I had signed up with this service. And I have given it an honest effort for 3 months. And nothing. No improvement at all. The website was extremely vague and it was dressed out like they were working diligently on my credit reports. Come to find out nothing... Not a damn thing happened. So I attempted to cancel the services with them. And talking about a run around... These people will loop you in emails... Repetitive emails claiming they are processing your cancellation. It's a huge rouse. It's another attempt they implement to prevent you from cancelling and basically keep billing you for another month. I suggest everyone stays clear of them. Needless to say... After 2 months of services finally being cancelled they resurface and charge my credit card again!!!! For 49.00!!! Now I have to contend with a over the limit credit card fee and completely cancel the card since they have it on file. Going through this mess really angers me to no end. What a bunch brainless morons.

This is a scam

This is a scam. They give you no service, will mysteriously charge you for mystery charges, then you can’t dispute or talk to anyone. For one month I have been trying to get customer service via chat, email or phone. The ai chat will tell you no matter what, a team member will get back to you tomorrow , or on Wednesday. But they don’t. I had to cancel my debit card and close my bank account and re open a new one as they had all my information and still try and charge me. I’ve documented all my emails and chats for further disputes. They are not BBB accredited, but thank god people had left reviews there saying all this so I started screenshotting and adding key words in to my emails and chats with them I.e. about it being during customer service hours and a non holiday so they can’t refute why they don’t communicate. So please, do not make the mistake I did and fall for this scam. It’s sad that they scam on people who are trying to rebuild credit, and then basically steal money, it’s the only way I can put it when you cannot cancel you account , and randomly get multiple charges from them at random times. Thank god my bank in Texas, when they say all the printouts of the screenshots, disputed all the extra charges. Of course it was a hassle to close my bank account and have to create a new one, so change all my bill pay and my direct deposit. But it’s the safest way to do it when a scam like this has your information. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID . DO NOT USE CREDIT CAPTAIN.

Malpractice business

I formally canceled my services with Credit Captain and have documented written proof confirming that the account was fully canceled. Despite this clear and confirmed cancellation, Credit Captain charged my card months later without authorization.

This charge was not approved, not disclosed, and not permitted. Billing a customer after services have been canceled and confirmed in writing constitutes unauthorized billing and improper business practices. I consider this a serious violation of consumer trust.

I have retained evidence of all communications and am in the process of filing formal complaints and pursuing legal action regarding this matter. This conduct reflects either gross negligence or deliberate disregard for consumer protections.

I am extremely dissatisfied and strongly caution anyone considering Credit Captain to review their billing practices very carefully. No customer should have to monitor their bank statements to ensure a canceled service does not continue to withdraw funds.

Terrible company

Terrible company, complete scam. They charged my card 3 times after I cancelled. They refunded me in September of 2025 for two of the charges and sent me proof they cancelled it. Then they just charged me again on Christmas!!!

Cancelled my account with this place…

Cancelled my account with this place months ago. Had to cancel it at least three times. Very hard to do. All in writing with emails. That was back in April 2025. Well, on December 25 2025 they attempted to charge my debit card fraudulently $179.00 but my card was locked but was notified by my financial institution of the attempted charge. After all these months with a written cancellation out of nowhere they tried to charge my card. Stay away from them.

The Credit Captain and the Titanic

I have been with Credit Captain for several months.
to begin with no status updates and second they have repeatedly taken large payments for services I never requested. Right now Im out almost $700 and no solutions from there AI support because they don’t feel the need to be accountable to their clients. I have numerous emails with their people who never provide responses or resolution. Its very frustrating as a consumer to deal with a company that has been left on autopilot.

Absolute scam! Paid $129.99 and nothing was done. You can only chat with A.I. and no humans. When you ask for a human, you just get a message that says Credit Captain will be back Wednesday but Wednesday never comes
