Guess it started out good at first but…

Guess it started out good at first but then I didn’t see any results. I hate that you can’t talk to a real person. I have been paying a nice chunk of change every month. Now I have been trying to cancel it for like 2 months and nothing has happened. Can my account be cancelled and get a refund?

Never respond to messages

Never respond to messages, but are quick to email when there is a billing issue. They charge you for 6 months and then simply disappear. You can't log into your account at that point and have no way of contacting them. Attorney General should take a look at these scam- driven businesses that make promises to the consumers and then vanish.

I’m totally frustrated and disappointed with credit captain!!! I’ve been trying to get information on my credit score and what was being done and I ask the support team over and over while getting the same repetitive answers finally I tried to cancel and got the run around or pass the bucket and every time I wanted to talk to a live agent it was wait until Friday and when Friday came! It was wait to next week when support team would be available and it seemed like they’re never available!!!! I tried calling to no response then emailed numerous times no response!!! Harvey then Sarah,Monica,Will and Charles no answer! I just want my refund and cancel the subscription! The credit captain app never changed since I started with credit captain when I asked questions it was the same repetitive answers finally I wanted to cancel my subscription and refund to be done with the whole thing!!! I’m going to talk to my bank if I don’t hear from credit captain Soon!!! I when to BBB,I’m going to talk to my Social network soon I’m tired of this and want my refund and be done with C.C.!!!

THEY DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FOR ME AND A FRIEND. I WAS PAYING FOR BOTH. THERE IS A MONEY BACK GUARUNTEE AND REQUESTING A REFUND AFTER PAYING FOR 3/4 MONTHS AND NOTHING.I CANNOT WAIT FOR THE CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT TO TAKE PLACE
I HAVE FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE FTC ALSO.

These people are a total scam

These people are a total scam. I signed up and the could not verify me so I requested a refund. They never respond. They have charged me for 6 months. I have mailed letters to there NY and San Francisco offices. Both returned undeliverable. Dozens of messages through their fake AI communications. Never resolution. I’m going to sue them.

Credit Captain charged me for two…

Credit Captain charged me for two months of service and nothing ever happened pertaining to my score or profile. I am asking to be refunded the $129.99 for September and October that I was charged. From last year, I've tried months to reach anyone from the company not the AI assistant, Harvey.

This site is a scam

This site is a scam. Any positive reviews must be bots or the creators themselves. Nothing changed, the “tradelines” paid for never showed up. Tried to cancel and they just kept billing me, disputed the charges and had to just get a new card number. No response for any sort of customer service. They keep trying to bill me 6 months later and there hasn’t been any activity in the account for 7 months. Don’t waste your time or money.

I wish I could give zero stars or negative stars. Credit Captain is a major joke and scam. Even when I cancelled it via chat and several emails, they were still charging my account. I had to contact my bank for constant dispute. To say it bluntly to you all: DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! THEY SUCK AND NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED AND OUT OF BUSINESS! PLAIN AND SIMPLE!!

A true Scam

I cancelled with this company because after taking my money I saw no credit progress. They didn’t even have the right personal information to do anything with my credit. They have STILL continued to charge me. This company is a SCAM.

Very disappointing...

Well, I'm highly disappointed with this. No one has responded to my message to cancel the subscription. I've been paying since December and have seen no results. No response is beyond frustrating. If you don't mind not hearing from anyone or seeing results, by all means, sign up for this service. But I had to file a dispute with my bank and just ran across this form. The online reviews show nothing but happy customers, but I can't leave a review myself? The thought of AI helping is cool, but you need people for the logical thinking process, FYI.

THIS COMPANY IS BOGUS

I joined about 4 months ago and I have been trying to get a refund and cancel for at least 3 months with now luck. They send you in an endless bot loop. They ask what plan you are using. 1. There is no where on their dash to find that information and when you try to view an invoice it never downloads or shows you anything. When you try to cancel it takes you to a bot that says customer service will respond in a day which never happens. THIS COMPANY IS BULLSHIT. DON'T USE THIS. I AM SURE THERE ARE SOME GOOD ONES BUT THIS ONE IS NOT RESPONDING AND ITS NOT DOING ANYTHING FOR MY CREDIT.

Major Scam warning!!!!!

Major warning!!!!!! Absolutely the worst company. They don't respond. It's all AI trying to convince you to wait longer. I'm out hundreds of dollars and I have nothing to show for it. The more you try to Contact them the more of a run around you get. Your credit will actually go down. Scammers! Beware!!!

I have paid thousands for tradelines…

I have paid thousands for tradelines for months and have not see any improvement in my score. The same for the "work that they do" I have seen zero action ever. No actual work has ever been done to improve my business credit. God Bless you

BEWARE!! Run far - FAR AWAY! Awful company (scheme!!!)

If I could give this awful company a negative I would. I had them from June 2025 to January 2026 - MORE THAN ENOUGH TIME FOR SOMETHING TO HAPPEN!

SCAM ALERT! They do absolutely nothing but say that it’ll just take a few more weeks for things to populate. WRONG. They do NOTHING. I’m not even sure if anyone actually works at the company. I’ve written to them a dozen+ times and haven’t received any communication. That 90 day money back guarantee - what a joke. I was spending over $250/month for literally nothing. You pay for little extras that are supposed to boost your credit - these added extras just look neat on the screen - other than that - they do nothing. AI seems to be the only entity that answers anything - and even then it can’t do much - I couldn’t even get a copy of my bill (from the AI they use OR a human). I ended up having to go to Instagram chat with whomever runs there social media - which im not entirely convinced it’s not an AI bot as well.

BEWARE - DONT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. ITS A SCHEME AND YOULL JUST BE THROWING MONEY AWAY!!!

-10/10 USE ANOTHER CREDIT REPAIR COMPANY!!!

I would give zero stars if possible

I would give zero stars if possible. It does not work as described. You sign up for a monthly subscription which doesn’t even unlock everything at their highest tier. You try to cancel and it’s all an AI chat bot without any really humans to help. I’ve contacted multiple times every month to cancel without anyone responding to me. This is a complete scam. They lock you in and keep charging your card. I’m reporting it to my bank.

Refund Policy Not Honored Read the Terms Before Committing Learn From My Experience

Be very careful with this company. The 90-day guarantee was not honored in my case, even though I canceled within the timeframe. I was unable to get a refund, and my bank couldn’t recover the funds due to their terms. all the reviews and videos on their website they pay these people to do it and every time you sign up from seeing the video the person in the video gets paid. SCAM SCAM SCAM

Make sure you read everything before making any commitment.

Zero Customer Service

After months of no updates or changes, I reached out to cancel my subscription. Only way this can be done is reaching out through AI chat, who tells you an actual person will get back to you typically within 1 business day. It's been 2 months with no response and they keep charging me. I have to dispute with my bank each time. I have copies of the unanswered chat logs. Will have to go into my bank and see if they can do anything aside from canceling my debit card. I would highly recommend against using this company.

Over two months I had this service

Over two months I had this service, actually they were trying to pull the third payment. I tried to chat with them as to what they have done in two months, the answer is nothing. so they won't be getting that third payment. It seems to me they just pull the payment monthly as long as you allow it, but earning that payment by working on my credit never happened, they didn't even start. I'll be pushing for a full refund. but I can almost tell now how thats gonna go
