My experience here was great. Sara was excellent at explaining everything and answering questions. Owen was really knowledgeable and helped me plan everything out, and made sure I was happy at every step. I was worried it would look obvious but he made it look really natural and subtle. I’ll make sure to come back here whenever it needs a top up.

I recently completed my full Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP) journey with Creative Scalps and honestly couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. From the first consultation to the final session, the team were professional, attentive, and genuinely passionate about delivering the best possible outcome — it didn’t feel like a “procedure,” it felt like a transformation.

The clinic itself feels warm and welcoming, with a clean, comfortable environment that instantly put me at ease. They took the time to discuss my goals and expectations in detail, making sure every session was tailored perfectly to what I wanted.

I did my SMP treatment with Sammy at Creative Scalps. The skill he demonstrated has me looking like a younger version of me. He completely transformed the way i look and ill always be grateful to him. He was a proper gentleman through out the entire treatment made sure all my needs were met and kept checking on me during the treatment. They are the best SMP clinic in my opinion and i highly recommend Sammy if you decide to do SMP.

I recently completed my second SMP session at Creative Scalps and I am exceptionally pleased with the outcome.
My appointment was with Marc, who is an outstanding SMP technician. I had seen a lot of his impressive work on YouTube and felt completely confident in his skills, hoping for the same fantastic results—and he certainly delivered.
This session was a two-hour touch-up, focusing on the front of my hairline. Marc's work was subtle, yet demonstrated his incredible technique and artistry to achieve a genuinely realistic look. The results speak for themselves. I now feel a renewed confidence whenever I look in the mirror.

I found the studio to be very clean, comfortable, and well-presented. The availability of clean toilet facilities was much appreciated, particularly after my three-hour travel.

The results truly speak for themselves. The quality of the work was well worth the journey. I want to thank Sara for her kindness and hospitality. I highly recommend Creative Scalps for anyone considering SMP.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Owen is a highly skilled artist who takes great amounts of care with his work. I had SMP done a few years prior with another company but I was never fully happy with the finish and I'd still wear hats where I could. I went to Marc to see if he could fix it with his magic, the result has completely changed my confidence. When I mention I've had SMP people genuinely don't believe it! I was a bit apprehensive about having it done again, but Marc spent the time to talk about what I wanted, made sure I was happy before starting. Nothing felt rushed and the whole team are welcoming. Please don't make the same mistake I made and get it done right the first time. Go to Creative scalps!!

If you're considering SMP (Scalp Micropigmentation), Creative Scalps is one of the top clinics in the UK. I highly recommend Marc, he's outstanding at both repairing previous SMP work and creating flawless results from scratch. Having said that, anyone in his team is also very good.

Hi after being self conscious of a lot of scarring on the back of my head I decided to see if there was some way of covering it up and that’s when I discovered SMP,Creative Scalps and Sammy. I went to my 1st appointment very apprehensive only to walk in and meet Sammy who put me at ease straight away.He let me speak and listened to what I was hoping for and only then did we discuss the way forward.The funny thing was I was kinda ok with my hair loss it was the scarring that was the issue and stated that I didn’t want total coverage I actually wanted to look still half bald and not the total transformation.So over 3 sessions and me getting braver and Sammy listening to my demands and talking me through the solution I finally ended up with a result that I’m more than happy with.It is worth mentioning that my wife I were happy with the results of all 3 sessions and my wife said I didn’t need sessions 2 and 3 but to me I did mainly because the sessions were not rushed but moved at the speed I requested so slowly building up the results I wanted.

I had a 3-session smp and a top-up a couple years later. Very happy with both quality and the overall service.

After having smp prior and not getting the results I wanted, I found Marc at creative scalps. We had a chat on facetime amd he put me at ease and told me he can fix what I had and give me the realistic look I wanted.
I couldn't be happier with the results!
Honestly Marc and all at creative scalps are at the very top of smp and can't recommend these guys enough. Very professional and brilliant at what they do. Just wish I found them before I had my bad experience.
