This is my second review about this scam company. I made a complaint and review like a month ago, creations called me and promised that they will update my credit report and also to fix the wrong amount of balance on my report. But they haven’t done anything for the past one month. They will charge you more and more until you somehow get in contact with them. Also they don’t share negative stuff about your credit report.

Had to call Daniel on Saturday re an IT issue with my account.

He was really helpful, considerate and had great customer service.

I recently had the opportunity to interact with a customer service advisor, Elizabeth, and I must commend her for the outstanding service she provided. Elizabeth was not only professional but also went above and beyond to promptly and efficiently resolve my query. Her commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction was truly commendable.

However, it's important to note that the wait time to speak with a customer service advisor was regrettably over 30 minutes. This extended wait time is not acceptable and significantly impacts the overall customer experience. Timely assistance is crucial, and improvements in reducing wait times would greatly enhance the service provided.

In conclusion, while my interaction with Elizabeth was exceptional, addressing the issue of prolonged wait times would contribute significantly to an overall positive customer service experience.

I had a call today with Mr Mohammed Saleem.He was very helpful and professional also a pleasure to speak with.My query was dealt with promptly and I would like to thank Mohammed for being so helpful.

Excellent service

I had difficulty in registering with the company as I had an old account. I call the creations customer services and got connected to the customer service adviser Mr Mohamed Faleem. He was very kind, courteous and friendly. Very helpful person and he took me through every step how to register. I was really pleased with the help I got. Hats ofdf to Mohamed.

I was unable to get into my new creations account online which was really frustrating. Bola was really helpful and patient with me, he took his time and explained everything so I could understand and was really friendly and nice to talk with

Marion A in customer services has been trying her best to get me set up to sign a credit agreement which was obtained through DFS but the system won't allow me to create an account, I have called twice in a few days and Marion seems to understand better than anyone and has referred the problem onto her manager, this is a inconvenience and I do hope it is sorted soon otherwise it will affect my DFS order

Spoke to lovely lady called HEMALI who was very understanding and really helpful in handling my query such a lovely person thanks so much for all your help

Spoke to a wonderful lady called Rose. She was lovely and courteous, spoke very clearly and went out of her way to help. Our issues ( mine and my husband’s) were resolved. Thank you Rose.

I spoke to a wonderful advisor by the name of Taj. Taj listened to my situation and was very professional and caring which can be a tough line to traverse. I couldn't thank Taj enough and I was quite compelled to write a review as Taj is certainly an asset to Creations. Well Done Taj and I hope Creations put you forward for whatever advisor recognition scheme they have to reward excellence. 5* seems not quite enough! Thanks Taj for making my day!

Avoid Terrible company. Couldn’t login to my account to make a payment as it was locked out.
Finally got on the phone a week late and I’ve been charged £180 more.
Disgusting customer service couldn’t help me at all saying it’s my problem because I’m late but how can I make a payment if my account it locked.

Will be speaking to trading standards On citizens advice see what can be done will never use again avoid avoid avoid

Great customer service from Madiha to help me settle my account.

Needed to settle a monthly statement in advance due to overseas commitments. Exceptionally helpful lady called Lisa who could not have been more professional, customer centric and knowledgeable - and able to sort out my query quickly and simply - very much appreciated.

I’m 75 years old and I get extremely impatient when kept on hold and the other person is not helpful.
Today I spoke to an angel ... her name is Sukhi.
She was so pleasant and extremely patient. She talked me through each step in order to resolve my problem.
This young lady is a credit to your organisation. A candidate for promotion!
