Dmia experience

Unfortunately a process that is supposed to make life easier, is not fit for purpose and is quite clunkyto say the least.
I had purchased an IPhone in Curry's using the Creation account as a gift.
Came in the next day to upgrade to a higher model. Was told that I cannot pay the difference as this was bought through finance and that a refund followed by a new purchase had to be done.
Despite the total of both purchases being still within the 2500 limit allowed, I was told that I was referred to finance for another decision and it would take 24 hrs.
I had been approved the day before, with no issues.
So now I had to give back the phone I have, and not able to get one and wait for 24hrs, knowing that ai have a flight tonight overseas.
I just bought the phon using my credit card instead.
Not going to be doing business with this flexpay account again.

I spoke to Alex from Customer Support who provided such and empathy and compassion. Before this call I spoke to virgin media who were absolutely terrible with their customer service however speaking to Alex made my day. He was very helpful and went above and beyond with his customer service. An absolute credit to creation. Thank you for all your help Alex.

Ollie was amazing. Very informative and helped me through the process. Very professional and took their time to explain everything to me. The problem was sorted very efficiently.

I would highly recommend to speak to Ollie in customer support department if you ever have a query regarding your account!

Tossif was extremely pleasant and polite.He was very informative and it was easy to get my problem sorted with his calm and friendly manner.

The most positive experience with Madeeha and Abdul
I was so terrified of calling creation as I am so many arrears, as I have fallen behind on my monthly payments.
She is definitely a huge asset to the company- the mangers should definitely listen back to our call. The way she listened and handled my situation professionally as well as being so empathetic and understanding. She knew exactly what she was taking about and was so professional and very well spoken. She represents the company so so well. She gave me the correct advise and really reassured me that creation looks after their customers. It’s the best company I feel I have ever dealt with. All because of her. She passed me on to Abdul, who was also very helpful and cooperated with me very well. This call has been the best call I have ever had and I really do insist on the mangers listening back. Thanks so much for all your help. This is the least I could do.

I had to contact Creation following ; being "in-between" Contracts of Employment.
I spoke with Sean ; in Customer-Care who managed & handled my call , very-professionally & sensitively.
My Account is "On-Hold" during this "Transition-Period" , helping me to keep things moving-forward ; Many Thanks 10/10.

App was incredibly easy to use and kept me very well informed of dates and what was owed etc. When I made a mistake with payments, I spoke with Eromosele who put things right for me. No hassle at all. Will use again for purchases from Currys.

Talked with Helena at creations and she was fantastic in advising me on using the creations app as I was having trouble logging in, very polite and helpful. Thank you Helena.

This company is a joke…everyone wanting credit,especially if you want a tv from curry’s,DONT BOTHER,I’ve tried creations multiple times and cannot log in or get in contact with them…this a warning too everyone
