Poor Customer Service
Cheap hosting, but their customer support can be very poor when things go wrong. After purchasing Premium Email Protection, 100% of my emails were being marked as SPAM, even on the lowest setting. Crazy Domains support deflected responsibility, insisted the issue was with the (many) companies that were sending emails, and Crazy Domains was unwilling to provide any assistance at all.

James is a legend. I was trying to redirect my DNS to a new website and got horribly confused. James worked out my problem quickly and then asked for the info and did the job for me. Gedeon saves the day.
I was extremely impressed with Gedeon (I-23636945), who was the fourth person I spoke to about my issue and the only one to actually solve it! The others were all very charming and polite, but told me to wait for four hours and everything would be solved, which it never was. Gedeon fixed the problem on the spot while I was on the phone. Legend!

Sat on hold for hours with no answer, their online chat cuts you off as soon as you say you're having trouble logging in. Worst customer service ever, how on earth do you fix a problem when you can't get hold of anyone. They are happy to take your money but aren't able to offer any follow through.

Long-term customer, but recent email reliability has been unacceptable
I’ve been a Crazy Domains customer for many years and, until recently, had very few issues.
Unfortunately, over the past few weeks, I’ve experienced repeated email deliverability problems on a business domain, specifically ongoing SPF and DKIM authentication failures. Emails were not reaching recipients, often with no bounce-backs.
Support repeatedly advised that the issues were resolved, however the same problems kept returning. At one point, Crazy Domains confirmed that multiple SPF records were propagating externally, including records not visible in cPanel, which points to backend DNS or synchronisation issues rather than user error.
What’s disappointing is not just that something broke, but that:
The issue keeps recurring after being “fixed”
Explanations focus on propagation rather than root cause
There’s been no clear permanent resolution for a business-critical service
Email reliability is fundamental. After years of stable service, the current situation has seriously reduced my confidence.

Dishonest and inaccurate communication
Dishonest and inaccurate communication. The information constantly changed, and I was ignored for weeks when I pointed out issues. The false apologies and inaction continued from there with no accountability and constant follow ups to get responses. My service was then shut down and then terms of the refund then changed on me three times until the communication then stopped abruptly. This company cannot read across a file and take every thing as a new complaint making it impossible to get consistency, that ug when they actually respond to you.
