I studied on the two year practitioner training at CTET. I was deeply impressed by the depth of the training, the knowledge of the tutors, and the care taken to ensure that all students' learning experiences were positive.
This work can take you to some challenging places within yourself, and asks you to hold difficult things for others. I felt held and beautifully supported by the tutors on this personal journey.
The learning is well paced and layered. The curriculum takes on board the latest developments in craniosacral therapy; especially in regards to working with trauma and its resolution. This topic is not offered at every other school but it is an increasingly important part of craniosacral work in our modern world.
In addition to lovely (and conveniently located) premises at the Skylight Centre, the course also runs a teaching clinic in Highbury in which second year students can consolidate and refine their skills under the guidance of tutors.
After graduation I felt very confident that I had been taught all the skills I needed to start my own succesful practice.
If you are considering studying craniosacral therapy I would not hesitiate in recommending Craniosacral Therapy Education Trust.

CTET is a brilliant school. My 2 years foundation course was taught by an amazing team of teachers and tutors, all highly qualified and supportive.
Also, I found the students clinic practices particularly helpful before to embark onto my own practice.
CTET offers fantastic post-graduate courses from renowned senior tutors coming from different parts of the world.

I did my training at this fantastic college as have so many, including the current chair of the craniosacral therapy association who could not have tried harder to get Michael Kern to join the CSTA at the last Breath of Life conference that Michael worked so hard to help organise. Michael has apologised for any hurt caused publicly & the shame is firmly on the shoulders of the General Osteopathic Council in my opinion as it seems they took a head on a stick approach that will have caused much embarrassment and humiliation to Michael's children and family. An awful case that the PSA should have reprimanded the GOS for. This would never have happened if Michael was a member of the GMC where the complainant would have been told to take it up with the doctor's NHS employer. Another case where those who work in the NHS are better protected. Do not let this put you off this college.
