Great sale prices induced me to buy more from Craghoppers. The items were promptly delivered, fit well and are excellent value for money.

Very pleased with the style,quality fit and price

Hi, everything ok with the order but Evri seemed to take a long time getting it to the delivery location. Not my favourite courier I’m afraid.

If I was writing ths review about the items I have purchased from Craghoppers online, or about the excellent staff at their Truro store, then I would have given Craghoppers 5 stars. However, this review is of, or rather the lack of, Customer Service - My ability to login to my Craghoppers account is, at the moment transitory. It became so bad that I created a second account using my second email account. This initially was a solution, it isn't now. When I try to login I get an error message - "User validation failed". I have tried to phone customer services on 01617491300. I was told an adviser would be with me shortly - I was listening to muzak for over 25 minutes on one call and for 14 minutes on a second call with no answer in either case. I have tried the email option twice and am still awaiting a reply. The website says that they will reply within 48 hours, which is not much use with my current problem. Why is it so difficult to communicate with a fellow human being to resolve a problem? If Craghoppers reply to this review please offer me constructive help and do not use your standard reply of -

The cap fitted nicely. Good quality material. Delivery was quick and on time.

I love craghoppers for my outdoor wear. I like their styling and the trousers fit me well, which being a petite is difficult to find. I love the attention to detail that they give their products. In the days of being able to get products fast. I also appreciate their fast turn around of orders

I like the shirt t's replacing my previous 25 yr old shirt

I have been trying to return 2 pairs of trousers that are wrong size and the system keep charging me for cost of return, then says "Technical Fault" when trying to do return label.

I love Craghoppers shorts & trousers. They can be used for everyday wear or walking. I recently purchased 2 pairs of the kiwi shorts. They are so comfortable, perfect fit with deep secure pockets. Great service from Craghoppers website.

Craghoppers service was quick, the product is excellent, a skort which is crazy comfortable and good quality. I returned one item and had a reasonably quick refund. Would use again.

Well-cut trousers, delivered promptly.
Time will tell how durable they are, but currently look great.

Delivery was quicker than expected, though the Evri communications were confusing. Love the Kiwi Pro trousers and the merino top. Both have been perfect in Iceland.

What can I say.
Very happy with the shirts, the only very slight criticism is that I wish the pockets were longer to accommodate my mobile phone.

Ordering my chosen items was easy. I received my order within a couple of days , and am delighted with the 2 fleeces I ordered. They will be very useful.
