Placed an order on 2nd July. Says delivered in 1-4 business days.. Not received no replies to emails or DMs

Someone did get back to me and refund processed, thank you. I only requested a refund as had purchased. Will order in the future

Poor customer service I have emailed,messaged on Instagram and tried messaging through the chat service on the website. No one has reached out getting back to my email or dms. Order placed on the 18th of June still no products or communication :(

Edit: somebody got back to me and resent my parcel and it came within 3 days love my products and will be purchasing from here again x

Recently my partner purchased 3 candles from Crabbwicks autumn collection for me. They’re the best smelling candles I have ever had! However, I did have a problem with one of the wooden wicks, which was out of everyone’s control. My point is, the lovely lovely lady I spoke too regarding my problem was exceptionally helpful, I received a refund. I was also advised on how not to waste my candle, in the best way possible.
I would 100% recommend this company to anyone, especially if you want great smelling candles!!!

Brought the scoupies in scent summer collection, which is just one of the wax melts I brought, and it's smells amazing absolutely devine and the little scoop is so cute. Will definitely be buying again and to try the different scents.

Samantha is honestly amazing! I cannot recommend her enough. Her wax creations smell absolutely incredible and my house always get complimented by family and friends when I burn the wax. There was a small mixup with my order and as soon as I messaged Samantha it was resolved in seconds, I can’t thank her enough! #bestwaxaround

I am so happy with the scents I got! The citronella got rid of all the annoying flies that kept coming in the kitchen and the midnight summer brittle was such a fresh scent. I love it. Also the parcel came super quick as well!

This is the 4th or 5th time I've ordered and every order I get is so great! I love the scents, the packaging, and the attention to detail when packing and shipping. The waxes are all super strong and last a long time. I'm obsessed with Crabbwicksco.

I think this is my favourite place to get wax melts from. I haven’t tried the cups (as of yet!) but CWC have been super friendly along the way. They are a small company so they can take time to arrive. But they are always packaged with care. I think so far my favourite scents have been the caramel frape and the blue raspberry slushie.. yet also the French vanilla for a home classic! With every order I’ve had, comes a free waffle sample. It’s great to have as it helps what scents I like and don’t like (although chosen at random of course!)

Amazing quality wax melts. Unique and true to description scents. Excellent value for money and packaged with love!!
