Came out at Christmas without over charging on a bank holiday and in no time we had a new boiler he's definitely my go to plumber from now on

Was recommended this company, which I found to be very professional and knowledgeable. Transparent from the very start, very happy with the job done. Will use them again

I was told by British Gas that the problem with my boiler is going to cost me a lot and that it's a certain issue. When I called these guys, they explained it was not and it was a simple issue and it didn't cost me that much at all. They saved me money and fixed my heating within 10 minutes. It was a simple disconnection! They didn't rip me off like some companies do. Really appreciated them. Would recommend them to everyone. Let's see if my boiler continues to work. I will update you all within a month.

Our boiler was leaking and after 2 hours they sent a man to check it he moved all his work to fit us in they came 3 lads boss Dale and another lad he was very knowledgeable professional and so were the 2 apprentices he had with him I'm so grateful to him and his team as they did a brilliant job for us very professional and totally honest guy he is obviously a expert at what he does so thank you very much I'd give them 10 stars if I could thank you so much

Boiler broke and was recommended Clarks heating by a family member. Rang about 11 they was here at 2 30 and had a fully working boiler installed by 5. Very polite and professional answer any questions you have. Will use they guys for anything like this in the future, fantastic experience.

Clarks heating were exceptional with their service as well as the quality of work. Shany was h8ghly experienced and went out of his way to ensure my new boiler was up and running after a 3 days of no heat. I would highly recommend.

Quick response during emergency! Installed new boiler and kept me informed about all the changes required for new piping with minimal damage. Prices are competitive and given that the situation we were in. Hoping to see you again for boiler service next year. Thanks for working bit late for a home(without heating, hot water) with kids and working parents.

I was recommended them after my old boiler had broken down.

They came to view the old boiler within 4 hours of speaking to them on the phone during the bad weather.

Instead of exploiting the faulty boiler to get more money for themselves, they recommended a new boiler which is a better quality and has a 5 year warranty included.

They came to fit the new boiler 3 days after the initial visit and were done within the day.

Reasonable priced compared to other companies available, would recommend using them

Very bad service!!!!
The guy was very unprofessional and spoken very rude. The job wasn’t done properly and damaged our property. Botched job and takes people’s money very easily, not a good company as customer service is very bad. Don’t know how to speak to customer in a mannered way.
Broke a piece of wood inside the cupboard aswell. Very unprofessional and swears bloody Liars!!!!!!!!

Contacted the company after my boiler had stopped working after another company had said they had fixed it and only ran for 1 day
He was very helpful over the phone and had a new boiler put in the next morning with in a couple of hours
Professional job and clean work
Also went out his way to make sure all the paper work was sorted and also the warranty was registered
Was also priced good and full break down of what was included

Excellent service. Booked a new boiler replacement at very short notice. Arrived as arranged and promptly and efficiently worked to remove old boiler and install new one. All working good and completely tidied up afterwards. Contacted Vaillant to arrange the 10-year warranty. Great job - thank you

I had a new boiler fitted, and am very happy with the service and end result. They also bricked up an old vent as an extra, to help keep the heat in. No problems at all.
