Superb selection of winter items

We emailed you last night after you left your review. We have not received any emails/calls or other enquiries from you regarding your order. We would have replied, of course.
The brand of bags you bought have changed their packaging policy and have changed from a normal 'tagged and bagged' policy to using a backing card for this product. So for the variants you ordered, 2 were from each packaging state from the manufacturer. I'm sorry if this caused a problem for you, but all the items were perfectly genuine and simply had different packaging, not missing packaging.
We're happy to try to resolve this, but please contact us to do so.
